9-Bedroom, Historic Cape May Beach Home - 2 Blocks from Beach

This bright, 9-bedroom 1866 Victorian beauty is ready to host your Cape May vacation! Just 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk or bike ride from dozens of restaurants and activities including the Washington St Mall area. The driveway accommodates 3-4 cars. (Also, free, non-metered parking starts on our block.)

Nine bedrooms across 3 floors including: 1 King, 3 Queens, 3 Doubles, 2 Twins and 1 Bunk Bed. Two full kitchens (1st floor and 2nd floor). 3 bathrooms-- 1 on each floor and an outdoor shower. Laundry facilities in both the basement and the 3rd floor bathroom.

Saturday to Saturday (weekly) rentals only.

Guests are responsible for bringing linens and towels.

Lots of character and lots of space!

This is a nice, big house with lots of Cape May character. Our large family enjoyed just about every bit of square footage inside and outside. Both the front porch and the backyard offer ample gathering space for hanging out. The house is conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, so we were able to park our cars and walk or ride bikes to just about everything we needed or wanted. Last, but definitely not least, the owner is responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Great House on Broadway

Tom the owner made sure our stay was the best it could be. He was always there for any questions or information needed. House was comfortable for the huge group getting together for my parents 80th birthday celebration. Location great for beach access and walkable to shopping areas. We have rented in Cape May many times and this home and location is at the top of the list! Thanks Tom!

Family memories established

The bathroom door on 3rd floor hinges screw location is between trim and jamb nothing solid needs to be re hung ( husband a carpenter :) )
