Beware that when you get to this property there is a lot of people coming and going,you pay for your parking (the easy part) then you start looking for the luggage carts seems to only be around 20 of them then the really hard part is the elevators,21 floor building with 2 elevators that 600 people are trying to get on at the same time, they advertise a adult only pool and hot tub there is a pool and hot tub but no staff to keep the kids out of it,they also advertise a mini grocery store which we we’re never able to find ,and the staff had no idea either,the entire week we were there the elevator broke twice and fire alarm panel was going off.beware that if you rent one of these there is very few staff if any on site and absolutely no one to assist you with bags or directions to different parts of the place
