The interior of this spacious home features porcelain tile throughout. A gourmet equipped kitchen with a large island, 3 bar chairs and casual dining table for 4 allows for entertaining. A stunning formal dining room seats 8 and is flanked by a wall of glass that opens to the screened pool area.
Three TVs are available for viewing. A library of books, cds, dvds and games are available for your use after a long day of swimming, beach combing, golf, sightseeing, antiquing etc.
You will find quality furnishings, porcelain tile flooring and high end granite and marble throughout this luxurious home. An open floor plan allows for private bedroom en suite areas where you will find three beautifully decorated bedrooms and a fully equipped office that does double duty as a fourth bedroom via a comfortable, euro-slat full size Murphy bed. The formal living room has a baby grand piano and a fireplace for northern vacationers who may desire a touch of home during season.
