This is a great little place to stay within walking distance to the falls. The apartment was a very cozy, very pretty place, perfect for 2 adults. The host was amazing in that when we needed to get in touch with her with any questions, she answered immediately. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we can't express enough how much we enjoyed this apartment and we highly recommend!

The unit is in a an old house that was probably converted from a single family dwelling into a 6 unit condo/apartment. Four units are above grade with 2 units in basement (possibly). It was clean. The wood floors are beautiful and probably original to the home. The appliances are new. Laundry services in the bathroom. The unit makes a big “circle” from the front door, living area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, back tk the living area. Cute little sunroom porch on the front with separate door. Good location. Felt safe. Good parking. Walking distance to bird kingdom (green south bus line) and niagra casina (blue north line). AC was cold. Kitchen supplies adequate. Very very clean.
