The unit is in a an old house that was probably converted from a single family dwelling into a 6 unit condo/apartment. Four units are above grade with 2 units in basement (possibly). It was clean. The wood floors are beautiful and probably original to the home. The appliances are new. Laundry services in the bathroom. The unit makes a big “circle” from the front door, living area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, back tk the living area. Cute little sunroom porch on the front with separate door. Good location. Felt safe. Good parking. Walking distance to bird kingdom (green south bus line) and niagra casina (blue north line). AC was cold. Kitchen supplies adequate. Very very clean.

We were so excited to find this property right within walking distance of Niagara Falls, Canada and Clifton Hills. The apartment is a great property. We felt safe walking to and from our destinations. The apartment has been renovated. I love the history/character in the older flooring being maintained in the bedroom and living rooms. Everything is exceptionally clean. This is a great space for 2 adults sleeping in the same bed. The WiFi is great in the apartment. There are several parking spots in the rear of the apartment building property. The host is very communicative. His responses are quick and clear. We were even able to get Tim Horton breakfast delivered to us on an especially rainy morning pretty quickly. You can’t go wrong choosing this space to stay for a few days.

Not luxury, but a nice place to stay

This is a very old home and very interesting. I would not list it as a luxury apartment, but it was very nice. We enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the Falls. The one recommendation I would have is to install a safety bar in the shower as it is a very high step in tub/shower.
