Brand new in July 2021. NEW hardwood flooring throughout, new commercial-grade appliances, new shiplap, decor, new cabinets, quartz countertops, new beds and mattresses, new pillows, lamps, paint, new sofa, table, lighting.. if it is in the condo, it is brand new.

This place is nothing short of spectacular.

Guest bedroom with second king bed has gulf views and access to adjoining bath featuring new beds and bedding.

This place could be called "No Regrets" because I promise you won't have any! It is so much better than even the pictures show. We absolutely loved every minute here and were so sad to leave. Everything is so nice and the location is perfect; very quiet and convenient. And the view... Spectacular! We can't wait to come back!

Saturday to Saturday in Spring Break and Summer, NO EXCEPTIONS

NO college groups. NO pets. NO smoking. Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun From Memorial day until August 8.

We fully stock this condo with all of the essentials for a great beach stay.

Grande Surf Club is located within walking distance of restaurants, Go-Karts, Putt-Putt, and amusement park. Within just a short drive from the lagoon, jet ski and pontoon rentals, Watersports fun, Shell island tours, and St Andrews State Park. We are less than a 5 mile drive to Pier Park.

Perfect!

This condo location was perfect for a family beach vacation. The beach wasn't overly busy, and we were there during spring break. It was near a lot of restaurants and everything we needed. The condo itself was immaculate! Clean, amazing views, and cozy with all the amenities we could ask for. Booking was easy and communication made the visit stress free. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you for sharing your property.

Beautiful and worth it !

We love this condo. Everything about it. The space, location, size and how convenient it is for us as a family. We stayed for 5 days and enjoy everyday there. The host very easy to get a hold. Host also Very accommodating and we thank you for being flexible and considerate. The pictures describe the condo's condition with precision. Gorgeous and clean ! Will definitely book this condo again. Thank you.

Beautiful condo; Beautiful beach

This condo is full of light! We loved the amazing and constant views of the ocean and beach. When you awaken in the morning, beauty just hits you in the face--a great start to the day. We enjoyed the location. It is a little away from the hyper-activity at the other end of the beach but close enough to enjoy all the amenities. Communication with the rental company was superb--very responsive. The microwave broke during our stay so as advised, we texted maintenance. Within 10 minutes we had a text response and within 2.5 hours we had a new replacement microwave. You can't beat that. Our grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool. It was clean and not crowded. The master bathroom has two sinks--very nice and is quite spacious. The only thing we expected to be there that were lacking were kitchen towels and dish cloths--so we bought a few and took them back home with us. All in all, this place was exactly what we wanted.
