If you are looking for a quiet beautiful house on the Delaware Bay this is a fantastic option! Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the bay views. The house was very clean, the host was very responsive and wonderful to communicate with. My family and I hope to stay here again next year.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful place. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. On the beach or on the deck overlooking the bay. Stress melts away and relaxation will take its place. The host is very timely in responding to any inquiries. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful, immaculate house on the beach. Everything we wanted plus. Nannette checked in with us when we got there. A welcome basket was on the kitchen bar when we walked in. Beautiful view from the deck and a great beach just a few steps away. We will definitely be going back again.

This rental property is excellent and probably the best we have experienced. The location was a little too remote for us and the country roads were very dark and difficult to traverse at night. Unfortunately we decided to leave a few days early because of the rainy weather and coastal flood watch. However, we would highly recommend this house to others as it is beautiful and in a quiet location for those seeking a nice private beach and solitude.

The house was great!! It was amazing to be right on the beach for the week. So clean and had everything we needed. The small details meant so much - hand soap in the bathrooms ,toilet paper, beach towels- everything!Made it easier for us to pack with 5 adults and a black lab!

What an oasis. This is our second time here and it is always such a relief to be here. The home is immaculate and provides everything you need. We have a large family of six and I am always forgetting something and we love it here because they provide everything you need to go on a beach vacation. I am an anxious person about germs and this house is so clean, it provides such added relief being here. I am so thankful that they can provide such a beautiful clean home to our family. We plan on coming back every year and make beautiful memories here. Thank you for making our stay a dream come true.

This was a beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed home. You can't get closer to the beach than this, it's RIGHT THERE! The bird watching and ship watching are both excellent, and we also got to see a whole pod of dolphins feeding in the shallows. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We especially love that this home is pet friendly, as is the beach, since we travel with our dog.

It's a beautiful home. The views are spectacular. I have never been to a home where you get beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was very attentive. Highly recommend. I couldn't ask for anything better.

The house was amazing and the views were beautiful. We loved that it was pet friendly! We loved finding beautiful shells on the beach in front of us! The one thing that was a little annoying was that we could not control the thermostat to our liking it was controlled by property management. Other than that we loved our stay and would do it again!

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Sorry if there was any inconvenience as we do try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The changing of the seasons winter/spring, fall/winter are always a tough climate time as one day can be hot and the next day cold. For the climate control units to work well, both must be in sync; one can't be on heat while the other is on air. So to keep the units running smoothly, we have guests text us as to whether they need heat or air and we are happy to change them over as the need changes. Best Regards

Property was immaculate. I even asked our host if it was a new built! Near everything, but felt like a quiet and secluded hideaway. Incredibly well appointed, nearly every amenity was provided. Gorgeous views of the ocean from generous deck, sunset and sunrise. The beach is small and needed to be cleaned , which I assume it was not done because our visit was at the beginning of the season.

Such a fantastic stay! We have stayed in Primehook and Broadkill for several year now and this is one of our favorite properties! It is clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and seconds from the beach! We loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view. The host was very responsive without being intrusive and we were so pleased with our stay we will be booking again!

Wonderful stay on the beach

Our family loves staying at prime hook beach and this home was the best place we have stayed at yet. Super responsive hosts, and a beautiful house right on the beach. Quiet and full of nature. I can't wait to stay again!
