"Le Orchidee" Luxury Country Villa

The newly built villa is located in Roncofreddo, the reclusive crossroads between Tuscany, Marche and Emilia Romagna, a 30-minute drive from the sea and on a picturesque hill from which you can admire a breathtaking view, day and night.

INTERNAL
Living rooms and bedrooms 100 square meters on the first floor. Bathroom, laundry, cellar and basement for a total of 80 square meters. Garage of 20 square meters.

OUTDOORS
2 porches of 50 square meters, garden, swimming pool of 200 square meters. The villa is protected by an advanced alarm system and video surveillance.

COMFORT
Le Orchidee villa has two double bedrooms and a single. Two bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen, dining area and a living room with fireplace. Also on the lower floor there is a double support and a great room. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The furniture is new and nice, following the local country style, with the latest appliances.

Le Orchidee Country villa

Stayed here with our family August 2017. One of the most beautiful places we have holidayed. Fantastic pool, villa, gardens. Excellent amenities. We spent some time at the coast, in San Marino, at a couple of castles, and at a water park. Really lovely place and thoroughly recommended.

Perfect place to relax in the country

This villa is very good, comfortable and spacious. It has everything you need and a whole lot more to make it an excellent choice to stay with teens. Our 18yr old son and 16 yr old daughter never once complained of being bored while we were there. We all loved the views and the pool especially. Couldn’t fault it. Lovely hosts too.

Amazing, Luxurious Property

This is a gorgeous property to stay at, from the initial sweeping driveway through olive groves (it is a working olive farm), the immaculately kept grounds, to the stunning panoramic views out to the sea and rolling countryside. The extremely large infinity pool was a highlight for the children and although shared with the owner, we had sole use of it for the whole week. The house itself was extremely well presented, modern, and had all the utensils one could wish for. The patio area was huge and the view was one I could never tire of. Teresa, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful. All her restaurant recommendations were fantastic and she was always willing to book them for us if we asked. I do hope we will return in the future, as it is a place you feel truly relaxed in and I could happily stay there the week without exploring the local area!

Lovely stay with the kids!

Had a great week here in August. The property is very modern and immaculate, with wonderful views all the way to the sea. It was really nice to enjoy breakfast looking out over a vista like this! It's fully equipped with all the mod cons, e.g. air con, dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine. Having a key fob to open the gates and garage doors remotely was also very handy. Memory foam mattress beds were very comfortable too. The kids loved all the activities on site, particularly the pool. It was nice to have access to the range of floats available - especially the baby float for our 3 year old who is not a confident swimmer yet. They were also very happy playing in the shady sandpit and on the swings. Again there were lots of appropriate toys available to play with there. There are a few nice restaurants around. We liked Cielo e Terra and Il Podere, both with little playgrounds for kids (thanks to Tery for the excellent recommendation!) Thanks again for a memorable stay. Hope to see you again in future!

Traumurlaub in der Emilia-Romagna

Schon mehrfach haben wir in diesem tollen Ferienhaus einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt; alle notwendigen Utensilien und vieles mehr sind vorhanden. Besonders gut hat uns der großzügige Garten und der Pool gefallen. Luca und Teresa sind überaus freundliche Gastgeber und sind stets zur Hilfe, wenn es Fragen oder Wünsche gibt. Wir kommen wieder.

Highly Recommend This Hidden Gem!

The house provided beautiful views, a magnificent location, and the host was warm and welcoming. Nestled in old world Italy, surrounded by quaint countryside towns, we found the area to be iconically surreal. Although our trip was marred with climactic tragedy, the one bright spot of our travel through the Emilia Romagna was staying in the beautiful hilltop villa of Le Orchidee. A definite must if you are traveling within this region of Italy! Highly Recommend!!!!! La casa offriva splendide viste, una posizione magnifica e il padrone di casa era caloroso e accogliente. Immerso nell'Italia del vecchio mondo, circondato da pittoresche cittadine di campagna, abbiamo trovato l'area iconicamente surreale. Sebbene il nostro viaggio sia stato segnato da una tragedia climatica, l'unico punto luminoso del nostro viaggio attraverso l'Emilia Romagna è stato soggiornare nella splendida villa in collina di Le Orchidee. Un must se viaggi in questa regione d'Italia! Altamente raccomandato!!!!!

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Toller Blick, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. In der Küche alles was man braucht, allerdings keinerlei Gewürze, Öl oder ähnliches, das muss man alles selbst mitbringen, ebenso Toilettenpapier, wenn das aufgehängte verbraucht ist. Die Anlage selbst ist top ausgestattet und wirklich riesig Uns hat nicht so gut gefallen, dass an mehreren Tagen 20-25 andere Leute am Pool sind, das hatten wir so aus der Beschreibung nicht rausgelesen. Unterm Haus sind Garagen, wo unter anderem ein Bagger für die Gartenarbeiten steht. Und wenn dieser benutzt wurde, roch es. Im Wohnbereich intensiv nach Benzin, was auch durch Lüften nicht rauszubekommen war.

Super schönes Haus in wunderschöner Naturlage, umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Ein Paradies!! Alles war perfekt und wir hatten als Familie eine super schöne Woche, weg vom Tourismus und einfach nur Ruhe . Für Alle, welche weg vom Tourismus sein willen und gerne individuell Ferien machen möchten, kann ich dies nur empfehlen.

Traumhaft!

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Das beschriebene Objekt stimmt mit der Beschreibung im Internet völlig überein. Ein traumhaftes exklusives Anwesen umgeben von unzähligen Olivenbäumen. Die Innenausstattung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll und befindet sich auf hohem Niveau. Am Anreisetag sind wir freundlichst empfangen worden und es stand eigens Kuchen für uns bereit. Einfach klasse und eine beispielhafte Betreuung. Wir kommen ganz gewiss wieder!

Casa meravigliosa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa meravigliosa, all’ interno della proprietà dei proprietari, vista spettacolare e grandissimo giardino molto curato. La casa rimane comunque isolata , molto pulita , i proprietari cordiali e discreti , praticamente tutto perfetto . Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie
