We had a wonderful time at this rainfall decorated and beautiful home. There were just a few minor questions and inquiries but the management team was super attentive and took care of everything right away. Some of the very best service we have ever had from many VRBO rentals through the years. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. A wonderful house for our large group of 6 adults. Highly recommend it and also a very convenient location to walk to Palm Canyon drive for dining and shopping.

Palm Springs Mid Century classic

This is a wonderful home with a great location in the Old Las Palmas area. Its a classic property, ideal for those who appreciate mid-century design and are willing to be gentle with its collection of furniture pieces and the original fixtures. Its also very private with lovely surprises like four lemon trees out front, a great spa, and wonderful views. We highly recommend this property.

Grant, thank you for the wonderful review of Via Las Palmas. This property is rather unique with it's collection of furniture. There are pieces that are original to the home and very nostalgic, thank you for noticing the owner's attention to detail. The landscaping does provide a lot of privacy and the lemon trees are fruitful. We are so glad you recommend this property and we would love to host your next trip to Palm Springs. Wonderful stay in Old Las Palmas

We just LOVED this wonderful home in Old Las Palmas. Very large yet has an intimate feel. The beds were magnificent, we had everything we needed in the kitchen, beautiful pool and spa, spectacular view of the mountains, walking distance from downtown (but VERY quiet neighborhood). The house was built in the 40s and updated in the 60s so there is both a wonderful combination of old Hollywood and Mid-Century Modern. Palm Springs at its best.

Best rental ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the most stunning homes we have ever rented. It’s hard to believe the beautiful pictures are real, but they are - the mountains and palm trees in the background while swimming or dining outdoors are simply breathtaking. The interior is beautifully maintained and wonderfully representative of the Palm Springs mid-century style (the kitchen is highly functional while a total throwback in time). I can’t say enough kind words about the Altamira staff - they were thorough, communicative, humorous, and all around lovely. Highly recommend this property and property manager.
