The unit was excellent, clean and comfortable. It was as pictured. Check in was fine but the key pad didn’t work for access and there was only one key in the lockbox. The was no communication with the host, they didn’t check in on us to see how we were doing after check in or during our visit.Overall, we would recommend this unit.

We booked a nearly week long stay and were really, really pleased with the property. Basics like cleanliness and kitchen necessities were all in place, but we were especially pleased with the square footage and lay out of the unit- it was more spacious than we expected! And it is SO convenient to all that Reynolds has on offer, and the Ritz, and convenience to town center. Such a great vacation!
