The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all trash & place into trash bag BEFORE placing into outside trashcan. We only have manual trash removal. Do not place any random bags or trash into can BEFORE placing into a bag first.
Remember to leave key in the lockbox. Additional lost key fee is $75 and we really do not want to charge you this fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do have quiet hours between 12pm-9am (for outside areas).
Do not park on grass. Park on gravel only.
When throwing trash into the outside trash can, trash MUST be placed into a trash bag. No random bags or trash allowed. We have a manual trash pickup.

Perfect for a fishing trip. Lake is close with boat ramp. Nice quiet place to stay. It was our second trip and plan on more.

Great for Fishing Trip

Location to lake was great. Mini house was nice and affordable for a fishing trip. Location was a plus sitting on 20 ancres. Owner of mini house was great and very responsive for assistance.

Nice spot off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle that has consumed the lake area. Very accommodating host and an overall pleasant stay. My only complaint would be that there is no guest book to explain the ins and outs of the rental (ie—Wi-Fi password, and or needs or do’s and don’t’s.) Thanks to the Renters for a great stay non the less.

The tiny house itself is super cute. The yard was a bit of a mess, and creepy, but once you get inside of the house it’s very cozy. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly to my questions regarding check-in.

I chose this property because it reminded me of something many of us don't get enough of anymore: peace, privacy, and room to slow down.

The moment I walked the land, I could picture a place where people could disconnect from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with family, friends, nature, or simply themselves. Yet despite the feeling of seclusion, Lake Oconee's marinas, restaurants, golf courses, and attractions are only minutes away.

What I especially loved was how accessible it is. Located about an hour from both Atlanta and Athens, it's close enough for a spontaneous weekend escape, yet far enough away to truly feel like you've left the city behind.

To me, that's what makes this location so special, the ability to enjoy both adventure and tranquility without having to choose between them.
