If you get hungry, head into the kitchen and cook up a delectable meal for you and your friends. Right on the cove of Lake Sinclair, you'll be able to walk close to the shimmering waters and admire its beauty. Explore miles of secluded creeks on the home's provided kayaks and canoes with zero houses in sight and with plenty of wild life; additional boat rentals nearby at the many marinas. Enjoy the refreshing breeze as you sip on some tasty drinks on the deck. This home comes with a boathouse for your convenience as well. You'll have your own firepit and fireplace as well to ward off the cold for those chilly nights. Play safely in the yard with the new black and modern-looking fencing added to the property, great for keeping up with the kids and dogs. There is plenty of parking spaces (four), so be sure to bring all your loved ones!

You'll be able to take a drive to Eatonton and Milledgeville, where you can treat your guests to a wonderful day out on the town. Take a day trip to Athens or Augusta for some prime-time shopping and dine-in restaurants. Only a thirty minute drive to the Georgia Military Academy, this home is a great stay visiting loved ones

Never stayed at a rental with such a well stocked kitchen. The owner was so nice with text communication. The only minor issue, and I mean minor, is the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom was very noisy. I would definitely rent this property again, especially knowing the waterway back to the property.

Excellent location

The property is exactly as described. The house is in a nice area, clean, nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. Fishing from the dock was great and we cought fish every day. Communicating with host was very easy. I would without hesitation stay again and would recommend.

We enjoyed the open floor plan of the lake cabin and especially liked the fenced backyard for our fur babies.

Retreat

My husband and I went with another couple for a get away fishing weekend. Based on previous reviews we brought our own pots and pans, and we never needed them. The home comes with everything you can think of. Bathrooms filled with medicine, aloe, spf, all bathroom amenities. The kitchen came with most condiments and seasonings. They even had coffee pods and creamer! A wonderful house and gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. They also have all kinds of games for a relaxing evening. We went right after a storm so some debris was expected but the owner sent pictures ahead of time and warned us but it wasn’t a big deal, we swept up the mess and had a fantastic trip, highly recommend this location!

Quiet house on the water!

This was a family trip with my niece and nephew that I rarely get to see so it's very special and dear to my heart when we can schedule time together. With that being said, this lake house was well decorated, on the water for canoeing or kayaking, fishing etc. We were grateful that the host provided equipment for our use. The neighborhood was quiet, considering how close the houses were to one another. The beds were super comfortable & the home included the essentials. Though the host does not provide firewood, we did find a neighbor close by that was very kind that sold firewood. I did read in a prior review that pots & pans were out of date. The pots and pans were out of date but we made due. What we were disappointed in was the lack of cleanliness. We are by no means clean freaks but after walking barefoot on floors and carpet our feet were black. There was leftover food from prior guests in the fridge and the freezer but not a big deal if the refrigerator was cleaned. It was certainly not clean. There were a couple of bugs on the living room floor and bedroom floor. The beams inside the home were covered with dust! The microwave smelled of something rancid. The toilet in the bathroom downstairs you have to hold for at least 10 or more seconds to flush. As far as the outside of the home.. Well several issues. There is a screw protruding from the front gate to get in that poked my hand. Thankfully It did not puncture me and we were able to warn kids. There are several ant b
