Dolphin Watch is a gorgeous, new, single-family, oceanside home located steps from a beautiful white sandy beach. Enjoy partial ocean and bay views from the spectacular rooftop deck - perfect for sunbathing, relaxing or entertaining. Sunsets are a must see!

Located in Harvey Cedars in a residential area of single-family homes on LBI's exclusive north end, the home is conveniently close to Sunset Park and the local marina. Dolphin Watch features 4 bedrooms with a master and jr. master bedroom suite, each with its own private bath. There are two more lovely bedrooms and a full bath with tub on the lower level. The sun-drenched living room opens to a large deck through a wall of sliders and features an open ceiling, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen offers a large center island, granite countertops, and a full compliment of stainless steel upgraded appliances. A large dining room table seats eight comfortably for fine or casual dining and is accented by a beautiful bronze chandelier. The den with french doors provides a great space for kids or second living area, and opens to a large covered deck. The roof-top deck is conveniently accessible from the kitchen and living area by inside stairs to accommodate entertaining. Amenities include dual zone heating and air conditioning, wireless internet, four TVs and home theater. Also included are an outside shower, Weber gas grill, plenty of deck furniture, two-car garage with ample off-street parking and a ping pong table.

Family Friendly Beach House

We just enjoyed our second summer at Dolphin's Watch and already booked our 3rd summer. If you are looking for a fully stocked house that is family friendly and close to the beach you have found it. We love staying here!

A fantastic house, close to the beach, with excellent communication from the owner. My family had a wonderful vacation, and we bought a dolphin Christmas ornament in Bay Village to remember our stay at Dolphin Watch this summer!

Great house with plenty of room comfort. Close to the beach, but on the main Blvd so getting in & out of the driveway was a little tricky certain times of the day. Had plenty of beach accessories available for you plus bikes and fishing poles. Everything you could possibly need except sheets & towels that we had to supply, which was very strange to me. Overall we had an excellent family vacation!

What a wonderful space! Plenty of room for 6 adults, steps from the beach. Had all the beach gear we could possibly need including each chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and a wagon to carry it all. Inside was clean and spacious and kitchen had all necessary cooking supplies. Great gas stove! Host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great House

We have been coming to LBI for more than 25 years and the house is perfect for us. It is so well equipped with a second refrigerator, beach chairs and umbrellas etc. and is pristine. The den with outside covered deck is really nice and extremely helpful in the event it happens to rain. The house is well located on the ocean side of the Boulevard and only a few houses from the ocean. Thom is very responsive for any needs one may have,

We’ll be back!

This is an A1 rental. The home is exactly as described and well appointed with anything you could possibly need. It’s perfectly located in the heart of Harvey Cedars, away from the chaos of South Island. My family and friends were very comfortable in this bright, thoughtful home which isn’t always the case w rentals. The kitchen has a big island which became the social hub. The home is well laid out w 3 bedrooms below and the master on the top floor along w the kitchen and public rooms. I personally loved the roof deck best. The only semi shortcoming has nothing to do w the home at all. The beach is at its narrowest point on the island. Since we had glorious weather, the beaches were crowded and we definitely felt the struggle for real estate. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. Thom is a proactive easy going host who made everything seamless for me. Next summer cant come quickly enough.

Great friends trip!

We can't say enough great things about our stay at this property. Thomas and Christine were wonderful to work with from booking to preparing for our trip and everything in between. The house had plenty of rooms for our group of 6 (including a child) - lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, TV's, dining space and more. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, markets and endless ice cream spots. We look forward to coming back! Thank you for an amazing LBI vacation,

Awesome Home

This home was very clean and comfortable for my family. The location is very convenient to the beach, downtown H.C. And the north end of the island. Kitchen well equipped, beds very comfortable, sunset views from roof deck wonderful. The owners are very responsive though we didn’t run into any issues during our stay. Will rent again.

Wonderful shore house

Our stay on Long Beach Island was wonderful. The beach and ocean were perfect. The house is spacious, well organized and clean. Two bedrooms had walk in closets which were perfect for a baby to sleep in a pack and play. Our host had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas available, and beach toys for the kids. A buggy to transport all the “stuff” was available as well. Thank you, Thom.

Oceanside retreat

Beautiful home and terrific overall experience. The convenience to the beach coupled with the fully updated interior was perfect for our multigenerational family. Wonderful beach retreat

My family and I had a wonderful time enjoying LBI. The home has multiple stairs which should be a consideration when renting. The property was tidy and the owner very responsive. We spent most of our time on the third floor enjoying the sunny social area and upper deck.

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful almost new and feels like home

The place has a great reverse living layout, was impeccable in every detail. We were easily able to move in for the week. It comfortably accommodated six adults and two children. Although it is on the main street, we are able to walk behind the house to the lane to get to the beautiful beach. The place was clean and feels new. The kitchen had everything we needed. It has a lot of stairs but worth the climb to the kitchen/living area. The traffic noise in three bedrooms was the only adjustment, but after the weekend it was minimal. Can park five cars in front, and if need be, a garage space is available.

Stayed 2 weeks. House was everything we could have asked for. Plus we didn't have to worry about bringing beach chairs or umbrellas as there were plenty already there. There were also 2 bikes which allowed us to get in some exercise. Plentry of room and beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Will definitely return. Short walk on quiet street to the beach which was 4 houses behind us. Clean beaches with lifeguards at end of street. Beaches were not crowded. Owners take pride in house and it shows. AC worked great during hottest days.

Great place to vacation with the family

The owners are super nice people and take great pride and care in their home, and make you feel at home. Dolphin Watch is a modern, clean, updated comfortable house with good air conditioning, reliable internet and several cable TVs in the house. The property is very well stocked - from a complete kitchen to many beach chairs and beach toys. Good grill on a great deck for outside eating (and a separate solid plastic picnic table for the little ones) and a rooftop deck for watching the bay and sunset. Easy, short walk to the beach on the ocean side. Great outdoor shower when you return from the beach. A very short walk across the road to nightly magnificent sunsets on the bay. For a bicycling enthusiast, you go right from the garage to miles of flat roads (less than 5 miles to the lighthouse). We would definitely love to come back and our children and grandchildren feel the same way.
