About this property

House with sea view under the Morgat lighthouse

Situated on the west coast of the Crozon peninsula with a superb view over the Bay of Douarnenez, the house is isolated on the Pointe du Kador under the Morgat lighthouse.

Perfect for enjoying one of the most beautiful views of the peninsula and withdrawing from the world for a few days (no wifi or television).

The little house backs onto the Morgat lighthouse. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and includes 1 fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), a mezzanine with 2 single beds (80cm), 1 shower room and WC.

You can take advantage of the terrace for lunch or relax facing the ocean, watching the boats or the dolphins.

Pets are not allowed.

Wifi is free but the connection is via PLC, so it's not very stable (we're at the end of the world...).

If you have to work on site, it is preferable to choose another location...

Herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht von Douarnenez

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Klippe, etwa 80 Meter über dem Meer, direkt neben dem Leuchtturm von Morgat. Die Holzterrasse ist neu errichtet worden, von dieser blickt man, wie auch von allen Zimmern, Richtung Südosten auf die Bucht von Douarnenez. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen Pinienwald, der sich die Küste entlangzieht und durch Fußwege erschlossen ist; der Küstenpfad führt direkt am Haus vorbei, auf ihm erreicht man die Pointe de St-Hernot und das Cap de la Chèvre; geht man in die andere Richtung, kommt man nach Morgat (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Apotheke, ...). Das aus solidem Stein erbaute Haus ist innen mit Holz verkleidet, insgesamt nicht allzu groß. aber für zwei Personen oder eine kleine Familie ausreichend; die Kinder können im ersten Obergeschoss (mit recht niedriger Decke) schlafen; funktionale Ausstattung. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, sehr freundlicher Hausverwalter. Gut schließende Fenster, Holzläden vor allen Fenstern, gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Zufahrt über einen etwas holprigen Waldweg, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ideal für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und Meerblick suchen.

Einzigartige Location mit Traumblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das kleine gut ausgestattete und hübsch renovierte Haus unterm Leuchtturm bietet alles was man für eine Auszeit am Meer benötigt. Von der tollen neuen großen Terrasse und aus jedem Fenster hat man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Besonders bei Sonnenaufgang mit einer Tasse Kaffee oder Tee ein Genuss. Ruhe und Erholung pur ist garantiert in dieser einzigartigen Location. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren über die Halbinsel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Erwan für den netten Empfang und die gute Kommunikation.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir waren von de unglaublich tollen Lage des Objektes restlos begeistert, die neu geschaffene Veranda war das Highlight des Hauses, wir konnten durch das durchgängig hervorragende Wetter jeden Morgen draußen frühstücken und abends auch draußen essen, allerdings ist das Haus für eine längere schlechtwetterpriode wahrscheinlich zu klein, aber dies ist sicherlich eine individuelle Einschätzung.Als Startpunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen liegt das Haus direkt an den Wanderwegen, der Weg nach Morgat ist gut zu bewältigen, für alle die keinen Luxus erwarten und eine außergewöhnliche Lage suchen ideal. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter war herzlich und unkompliziert.

Einzigartige Lage oberhalb von Morgat.

Einfach perfekt! Der Ausblick und die Lage sind kaum zu übertreffen. Das Haus und die Umgebung ideal. Vielen Dank an Erwan für den super Empfang, den IT-Support :-) und die hervorragende Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Une vue imprenable !

Très bien accueillis par Erwan et les propriétaires, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison au pied du phare , isolée dans la nature. Toutes les pièces et la terrasse ont une vue incroyable sur la mer ! et le sentier côtier menant au cap de la Chèvre est à 2 pas. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
