This is a unique property just 12 minutes from downtown South Haven. A quarter of a mile off the beaten path down a quiet dirt road is this newly renovated 3500 sq. ft. ranch style home. Enjoy sunrise and sunsets with 100-acre soybean and corn fields that can be viewed from the family room overlooking the pool and horse pastures. This home has an open concept with plenty of room for guests with two living and dining rooms, rec. room and bonus room in the garage. Your family and friends will feel relaxed and rested after your stay here at Crane View Farms.

The Multi-Sport Court has lines for pickle-ball, volleyball, basketball, and shuffleboard. We also provide all of the equipment for these games... balls, racquets, etc. Fully illuminated playing surface for after dark fun. Cornhole and numerous other outdoor yard games are on site for you as well.
A red cedar pergola is on the concrete patio by the pool for permanent shade. Also, an 11ft stationary (pole-base bolted in concrete) Cantilever umbrella is poolside for another source of shade. It can also rotate over the pool to add some sun protection while in the pool.

Pool Heat: 78-80 degrees. Please contact owner if youā€™d prefer temperatures of 85-87 degrees for an additional $250/wk. *** Pool heat will be evaluated on a week-to-week basis and charge extra in May, September & October. Additional pool heat fee may apply during the season of ā€œ2026" depending on market fuel prices.

Whole Home Generator is installed, as well as lights for the Sport-Court.

Great spot for kids and families

We really enjoyed all the space and activities available. The pool, hot tub, sports court and game basement had something for everyone. It was an easy drive to South Beach in South Haven. Also very close to the new water park in South Haven.

Fantastic property for our needs which included three toddlers. The pool was wonderful and the basketball court was fun. Made smores one night over the firepit. The house had everything you needed to enjoy your vacation. The owner was checking in and/or available at all times. Probably the best maintained and cleanest property we've ever stayed at. We loved our family vacation on this property. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous family vacation. The pool, hot tub, and the sport court were amazing. The hosts were very friendly and responsive to questions. If we come back to South Haven, we would stay here again.

Great family getaway location

This place has everything for a great family getaway. We swam a lot every day and made good use of the sport court, especially playing pickleball. We even used the open air garage for the few hours of rain we experienced. it's a nice place, taken care of well.

Private summer getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the farm! Loads of things to do like basketball, pickle ball, and yard games plus the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Our family and another family plus the kids all had a blast. We took advantage of the proximity to the beaches in south haven as well. Owners were very attentive. Would for sure stay again.

Perfect Country Getaway!

This is the 2nd year in a row we booked this property! And it was just as wonderful the second time around as the first! We plan to make it a family tradition! Kids loved the pool and easy access to town and orchards! Hosts were fantastic and attentive making sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

Summer Vacation

Wonderful home, pool and location on a quiet farm only 10 minutes from South Haven and the beach. Plenty of room for the 5 adults and 3 kids between 3 and 8. Craig and Leslie were super communicators and a pleasure to meet. It's a keeper for future vacations.

Spacious getaway

Family vaca 2022

Each summer my adult children come together from all across the country to spend a week with me. Last year we chose Michigan and our stay was magical. Perfect for us out in the country and quiet but with everything we needed to have a great time. Thinking about returning next year if this property is a available!!!

Another Trip to Paradise!

This was our second year staying at this beautiful, relaxing, stunning property. It was even better this year because we had high expectations and our trip exceeded those expectations. From the wonderful pool, basketball court to plenty of room to relax inside and out this is the absolute perfect spot if you like your privacy and love to have fun in the sun! The hosts are outstanding and even better people! Highly recommend this property for your ideal getaway!!

Great getaway with plenty to keep you busy!

Extremely clean and well equipped property. Owners go above and beyond to communicate and ensure you are comfortable. Pool, hot tub, basketball/tennis court, games in basement. Peaceful location so you can truly relax and get away from it all. Close enough to beach, groceries, etc. Had an amazing time. 10 outta 10 would return!

Great experience again

The house is close to South Haven, the Amtrak station in Bangor, and lots of farms, including upick blueberries, peaches, apples, pumpkins, and flowers that are great for families. Craig and Leslie take care of it better than any rental house we've been to, and the kids love the heated pool, hot tub, sport court, swings, yard, fire pit, garage and basement hangout spaces, and toys in the living room.

Wonderful Stay!

We were looking for a home to accommodate us, our daughter and son in law and four grandchildren. This home certainly delivered! Plenty of space for us all to get together or have quiet time away. Dining table fit us all for family dinners, roomy kitchen, three bathrooms and plenty of beds. So many activities we didnā€™t have to leave the house to find things to do! Pool was wonderful, kitchen well stocked, comfortable furnitureā€¦. And super CLEAN!!!!!!

Family vacation time

This was our 2nd family vacation at this property. It's a perfect home to relax for a week and spend quality time together. Home is big enough that you can spread out and have quiet time or gather together to play cards or watch a movie. The pool is great, sport court was awesome, we used the fire pit for s'mores, used the large grill for easy dinners, lovely location away from crowds, but close enough to South Haven to enjoy the downtown area and walk along the beach. Hosts/owners are super nice and helpful and always ready to make your vacation time as great as possible. We will definitely keep this on our list for future vacations! Highly recommend if you want a quiet get-away, and lots of amenities, with family and friends!

Country Estate Living

Tranquil living - private play ground with all the attractions required for the best family vacation. Should have booked 2 weeks because the first one floated right on by. The pool, Hot Tub were perfect, and the sports court is one of a kind. Craig and Leslie are wonderful and take very good care of their property and treat the guests like family. Location to South Haven or shopping for the great dinners you can cook up in a open kitchen or grill out side.
