Located in the Bayview Neighborhood of the upscale Poipu Kai Resort here on the sunny South Shore of Kauai, our guests have access to the Poipu Kai Resort pool and tennis courts.

This 3,800 sqft two-story home is just a short stroll west along the tropical walkway to Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, and east to Shipwrecks Beach and the Grand Hyatt Kauai, featuring cafes, restaurants, sushi bar, local music, and their relaxing Anara Spa.

The well-stocked kitchen features a propane cooktop, updated appliances, and a full array of cookware, utensils and serving dishes.

The dining room opens to the patio with ample seating inside and out for all.

The back patio, shaded by the luscious foliage is a lovely spot for lounging and BBQing, plus a private hot tub spa for your enjoyment.

This island home offers the perfect setup for couples vacationing together, a family reunion or accommodations for wedding guests.

The first floor bedroom suite features a King Size Bed with fine linens, AC, TV, blinds, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk in shower, lots of towels and back up bed linens.

The first floor guest bedroom features two Twin Beds with fine linens, AC, blinds, and TV, and is adjacent to the newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower.

The 2nd floor bedroom suite features a King Size Bed with fine linens, AC, blinds, TV, and a newly remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower, lots of towels and back up bed linens.

The 4th bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a King Bed with fine linens, AC, blinds, TV, back-up bed linens, and is adjacent to the 4th bathroom which features a tub-shower combination and lots of towels.

The 5th bedroom is also located on the 2nd floor and features two Twin Beds with fine linens, AC, blinds, and a TV, and is adjacent to the 4th bathroom featuring the tub-shower combination.

There is a large desk in the upstairs den to set up your temporary office.

Turn on your laptop anywhere on the property and enjoy high-speed wireless internet access. Cable TV offers premium program viewing.

There is a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron in the laundry room located off the entry.

A BBQ is located in the courtyard, near the hot tub.

Beautiful accommodations, spacious and very clean. It did seem pricey for a weeks stay! Our first week in Maui was oceanfront and about 2500 less. But hard to compare the two properties! We did love our stay!!!!!

Very accurate description and very clean and well-stocked. Everything in the house was well cared for and in great shape. Location was very convenient - located near several shops and beaches. Accommodated a group of 10 with no issues....ranged in age from 15 up to 87. Rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Check in and check out were both very easy also. One of the best vrbo's we have stayed at.

This is an AMAZING house! Air con was on when we arrived and ice cold! It's quiet but a short walk to the pool and beach. Kalapaki Joe's is right next to the pool and does a mean happy hour! It was our first time to the island and we had a delightful stay!

Had a wonderful stay! There were 10 of us and the home more than accommodated our family. Kitchen was well equipped, however it is worth noting that there were absolutely no spices, salt or pepper at all. I did leave the 10 Morton salt & pepper shakers I purchased. I don’t know if housekeeping cleans them out after every stay, or what, but if you plan to cook, I suggest you bring any seasonings you would need as they are very expensive on the island. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and pool, but very doable. There are chairs and very nice beach towels available for use.

House was very big and comfortable for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs. Only used the hot tub a couple times, the back patio was perfect for eating dinner and relaxing.

This house was great. First class all around nothing left to chance. Hi grade towels, linens, beds, hot tub and kitchen tools. I would give the overall experience a 9.2 with the only issue is vrbo answers questions via an internal email system with no notification and they do not send a copy to your email address.

This home is as beautiful as described: very spacious, wonderful neighborhood, and extremely convenient to walking to shipwreck Beach. Communication with management was quick, professional, and clear. We loved everything about our stay there! The home and grounds were extremely clean, there were plenty of dishes and silverware. Basic cleaning supplies, laundry, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, etc. were all provided, which was extremely helpful. I let them know that we would have an infant and a crib and a highchair were both set up at the home when we arrived. One of the bathrooms has an actual bathtub, which was very helpful with kids. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Be advised that there are no other beach amenities at the home. This is the first home we have rented in Hawaii that has not had a closet of beach gear (boogie boards, snorkels, sand, toys, etc.) if I had known that I would have brought our own gear. Instead, we rented, which was fine. That is the only improvement I would make. Additionally, there are no food supplies in the home… Only salt and pepper. I like that, because it makes everything feel clean, but often homes have some spray oil, spices, etc. so just be advised. The neighborhood pool and tennis courts are a bit of a walk. Never used the pool, we planned to use the tennis courts, but ran out of time. There is a daily or weekly fee per person to use them. Absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again!

First, I will say I’m a host of a large house in a different state. This is a lot of space with a few very comfortable mattresses. It has no spices, oil, cooking supplies which is just obvious nobody ever actually lives here. I love the location, keyless entry and lots of seating. Really worked well for my group and walking distance to other hotels and beach was awesome. Left some Hyatt and Marriott towels (your welcome!)

Great vacation home

My family and I had a great time in Kauai and really enjoyed staying at this home. We had plenty of space and were able to relax after a long day of exploring the island. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We would love to stay here again next year.
