Reagan was a great host,the property was in a good location for us and she had so many nice amenities available for our use! It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. There was free parking directly adjacent to the property. Reagan was exceptionally responsive and pleasant. Would definitely book again.

Great location close to a lot of Richmond attractions. Quiet neighborhood and cool space. There's a lot of light in the bedroom so I would recommend bringing an eye shade if you're sensitive to that in the mornings. Check in was smooth and we had complete privacy. Enjoyed the stay and would come again!

This space is clean, private and compact. Entrance to unit is off rear alley, not Clay street. This made finding door a little tricky because map takes you to spot off W Clay St. Great location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, this place is exactly what we needed and we would stay there again.

Great communication. Clean. Free private parking was nice. I did not spend much time in the rental because I was in town for an event at the convention center, where I was the most of the time. The Convention Center was a 10 minute walk away. Next time I am in Richmond I would book here again.

Lovely duplex in the heart of Richmond!!!

Amazing shower in an incredible space with private entrance in the heart of RVA. Reagan pays attention to all the details and offers everything you could need!! The body lotions and shower gels all smell so good too. Very quick to respond and takes care of everything with amazing speed. Stayed twice this month and can’t wait to go back!!!!!

This a very cute little space that was perfect for me traveling alone but could also work for a couple. Do note the bathroom is downstairs and bathroom with shower is upstairs. This was not a problem for me but if you have mobility issues or need to use bathroom several times in night it could be an issue. Host was communicative and helpful. I really loved spending time in the garden even if the storms made it a little wild.

It's a lovely little getaway for two, nestled within walking distance of the Richmond nightlife scene. The buildings have a lot of age and character to them, and the interior of the property is updated, clean, and very pleasant. Would stay again!

The apartment was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

Troublesome stairs

The apartment was neat and clean and the bedroom really spacious. Our problem was having the small bathroom on the entry floor and the bedroom upstairs. If I had known this was the situation, I would have booked another place more suitable.
