This property is the perfect spot for a large crowd! After you park in the carport or driveway with at least 4 parking spaces, you walk through the front door and down the hall to a spacious, open-concept living area with a kitchen with all of your cooking needs, two eating areas and two sitting areas. The views from the living area are magnificent! Also on the top floor are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and private master bath. The second bedroom as a queen bed and a bathroom adjoining. Double sliding doors lead to a spacious porch with two outdoor dining tables and gas and charcoal grills for your convenience.

Downstairs, you will find a separate living area for the kids (with a queen sized sleeper sofa). You will also find an additional spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed. There is also a fun bunk room with 6 twin beds that is perfect for the kids. Outside, you will find a large covered porch with a swing. Just feet from the house is a dock with a boat slip and jet ski ramp for you to use.

Kowaliga Restaurant is less than 10 minutes from the house by land or water. Chimney Rock is less than a 10 minute boat ride. Anchor Bay Marina, which offers boat rentals, is about a 5 minute boat ride or a 3 minute drive.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
