We had an awesome time staying in this very comfortable, clean and well-appointed cabin on lake CDA in Northern Idaho. Great fishing, too. Our friends have a place nearby and many times they picked us up via their pontoon boat right on the VRBO dock. Great communication with the host, too!! will stay here again...

I rate Nancy at 5 stars in all categories! The ratings below are NOT correct. She receives 5 stars plus on cleanliness and communication as well as the other categories. I HIGHLY recommend her as a guest.
The property is located on a quiet and beautiful area of the lake. Liesa was very attentive and wanted to ensure our vacation was as wonderful and comfortable as possible. The neighbors on either side are very friendly. We rented a boat for the duration of our stay and having the dock available was great. The cabin is rustic but comfortable. It is on a septic system, so water use needs to be monitored. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Trish for the wonderful review! I hope to see you next year!
This cute lake house is located on a wonderful spot on Lake Coeur d'Alene. There was lots of sun and shade during the right times of day. Easy to get to from the Spokane South Hill and it has everything you need for a lovely stay and was very dog friendly! The extra boat slip was a plus which allowed us to rent a boat for a few days. Neighbors were great too. We loved it! Some items to consider: 1.) bring a plethora of water if you are a family of 5 plus. We ran out of the 2 gallons of fresh water provided, and needed to get more for drinking/cooking. *This wasn't too much of an issue for us for we just drove the short distance to Coeur d'Alene to restock. Just an inconvenience. All other water comes from the lake; 2.) Consider your overall water usage for if it's a lot, you may have to compromise number of showers, etc. given the water septic system. Inquire more. *Since we swam all day, we didn't shower much...only a few times during the week. We didn't flush often with number 1 to help conserve water/protect the septic system as well; 3.) You may want to bring your own pillows and/or sleeping bags/blankets; these should be changed out/updated; 3.) Ask about the structural integrity of balcony/decks; and 4.) There's a wall AC unit which provided relief from the heat; but you may want to bring extra fans; 5.) Lastly, the dishwater wasn't working upon our arrival. We just washed dishes with the lake water and soap. No compensation was refunded for it not working. The owner is very transparent about most of these things and was lovely to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
