Gorgeous Top Floor Penthouse! On The Beach! Amazing Views! Close To Everything!

We have two units side by side. Check both out. Unit 1815 is Vrbo property number 1013753 unit 1814 is property number 1945753. Same floor plan and views in both units and Chris is the owner so you know it’s nice and you’ll get the best service ever.

This spacious and luxurious one bedroom beach front condo at Destin's fabulous SunDestin Beach Resort which is right on the beach. The condo sleeps 5 and has the most amazing full views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a nice city view from both the living room and the master bedroom! From your private balcony, gaze at the dolphins in the crystal clear waters of the gulf, the white sand beach or because of its slight western angle, even the action of the city! It has the best of all three worlds!

The western angle provides more privacy than other units and eliminates any noise from the pool or kids play area so that you can have the most peaceful private stay that only a penthouse can offer. There's plenty of space and seating in the living room with a full sized sofa bed couch that is extremely comfortable due to having an actual inner spring queen mattress with foam that sleeps like a regular queen bed. Living room is very comfortable for watching the flat screen TV or DVD player for movies or just taking in the beautiful views of the ocean while sitting. It also a has a nice dining area with table and chairs.

The kitchen is beautifully-appointed with all the needed appliances, large counter top and fully equipped with everything needed to cook a family meal. It also has a window that overlooks the city and the bay!

Wake up to the same gorgeous views right from your master bedroom. Its ocean front as well with its own private balcony access! It has a KING bed, and a twin roll away bed in the closet for an extra person, private bath with its own closet, full sized closet with a box fan, iron and board, private sliding doors to the balcony, flat screen TV and alarm clock.

The balcony is very large, has a table and two chairs and the AC unit is NOT on the balcony to disturb you like other units! Another bonus!

SunDestin’s extra amenities: Outdoor Tiki Bar, Fitness Center with a Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam room, Outdoor courtyard with BBQ grills, indoor and outdoor pools and kids water playground. The resort offers an on-site convenience store and Restaurant

Location offered easy access to all Destin has to offer. Chris the owner made sure everything was in place to make our stay a memorable one! He communicated all necessary details and gave outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We were so surprised to see he had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us! Why they chose this property

This property is extremely well kept and always super clean. Decorated beautifully with a Destin beach vibe and up to date. It’s on the Penthouse level 18th floor on the top so it is super private and quiet with breath taking views of the beach, ocean and city unlike all other units in the building.

What makes this property unique

What is amazingly unique about both condos is that the balcony sits at a slight western angle giving it unlimited full views of the city lights and action as well as the entire beach and ocean as far as you can see, not just the portion directly in front of you like other units. This means that you don't have to walk out onto the balcony in order to see the water and the beach. You have amazing views from the living room AND the master bedroom since the bedroom is not positioned back deep inside by the front door. Both the 1814 unit (vrbo listing 1945753) and the 1815 unit (vrbo listing 1013753) have the same exact views and floor plan.
