Im Grunde alles gut

Ankunft Samstagnachmittag bei gut 30nach langer stressiger Autofahrt.Freundliche Begrüßung durch die verwaltende Dame.Schön wäre es gewesen,wenn der Kühlschrank schon angeschaltet gewesen wäre,und die zuvor getätigten Einkäufe hätten dorthinein gelegt werden können.So brauchte der Kühlschrank gut einen Tag,bis er in etwa die Kühltemperatur erreicht hatte,was den Lebensmitteln nicht sehr zuträglich war.Als Nebenbefund:Nach gut 30-40 jähriger Erfahrung in der Mietung von Ferienhäusern in Frankreich:Nett fand ich immer als Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein im vorgekühlten Kühlschrank mit überschaubaren Kosten für den Gastgeber bei großem emotionalen Effekt auf den Mieter.Dazu kam,dass die Beleuchtung im Kühlschrank defekt war und der Kühlschrank auch akustisch nicht sicher einschaltete,was zu der Verunsicherung beitrug,ob er überhaupt funktionierte. Von den vier Herdplatten funktionierten nur drei leidlich. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht.Die Töpfe und Pfannen waren von schwacher Qualität,tanzten beim Erhitzen auf den Platten.Sonst gab es keine Enttäuschungen.Insgesamt hatte ich den Eindruck,dass es dem Haus gut tun würde,wenn der Besitzer selbst regelmäßig nach dem Rechten schauen würde.Oder er findet es so in Ordnung?Trotzdem war alles in allem in Ordnung und nachdem man sich an alles gewöhnt hatte, auch schön.Die Lage ist gut,fußläufig zum Strand.Die Straße hinter dem Haus allerdings mittlerweile doch recht frequentiert.Aber das ist halt so in einem beliebten Ferienort.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen für 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus. Die Größe des Hauses und der Terrasse mit Garten ist prima. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, es mangelt an nichts. Das Meer mit wunderbar feinem Sand ist zu Fuß in nur ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen; auch den Weg zur Boulangerie morgens am Strand entlang oder auf der großzügigen Promenade haben wir unglaublich genossen. Kleine Abstriche eigentlich nur, weil wir von Mücken geplagt wurden und an den Fenstern leider keine Schutznetze waren. Außerdem könnte für geräuschempfindliche Gäste die angrenzende Hauptverkehrsstraße nach Narbonne ein Problem sein.... Wir jedenfalls haben unseren Urlaub in Narbonne Plage sehr genossen und können das Haus mit seiner Lage im ruhigen Ferienpark durchaus empfehlen.

Déception

Les points positifs sont là proximité de la plage et la taille du logement. Malheureusement ce sont les seuls points positifs. Les points négatifs sont là vétusté du mobilier et des équipements. Nous avons eu l'impression que tout n'était que de la récupération mis à disposition pour assurer le minimum de fonctionnalité exigé. Le bruit est sans doute le plus gros problème. Le logement est situé sur un axe très passant. La terrasse non ombragée donne sur cette route ce qui rend son utilisation impossible à moins de subir au rythme d'une voiture à la seconde leurs bruits incessants. Impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes ce qui est embêtant en plein été surtout lorsque les chambres sont à l'étage. La gestionnaire nous a en effet confirmé qu'il ne fallait pas venir ici si l'on cherche le calme. Cela ne s'arrête pas là car les lits grincent à chaque mouvement de sorte que même les fenêtres fermées il faut se protéger avec des protections auditives. Les propriétaires ont installé un bricolage de climatiseur mobile qui empêche de fermer la fenêtre la nuit car le tuyau d'évacuation qui y passe y est fixé. En résumé la description de l'annonce nous a induit en erreur car il y est écrit que la résidence est calme, ce qui est vrai en générale, mais ce qui n'est pas le cas pour ce logement. Le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas justifié. Nous déconseillons cette location.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Übergabe des Hauses waren perfekt! Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche sehr entgegenkommend reagiert. Das Haus war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Zu fünft hatten wir genügend Platz für alle. Was zu bedenken ist, ist dass es kein WLAN und kein Satellitenfernsehen gibt. Dies war aber bereits vorher bekannt und hat uns gut getan! Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind voll auf zufriedenstellend. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass an Pfingsten noch wenig touristischer Betrieb war. Ein erneuter Aufenthalt ist auf keinen Fall ausgeschlossen!
