1 Bed luxury poolside apartment at award winning Aphrodite Hills Resort Kouklia

Superb modern upper floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment overlooking pools.
Beautifully furnished and equipped in contemporary style, this spacious apartment is fully air conditioned with an open plan living/dining room, opening on to a balcony with table, chairs and gas BBQ for outdoor dining and perfect for taking in the sun.
We have recently changed our cancellation policy to "Moderate" to help potential guests with a refund in the unfortunate event that they may need to cancel their booking due to the current situation.
Free Wi-Fi is offered along with UK TV with unlimited movies, DVD player and stereo CD/tape/radio and twin speakers.
There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, good sized bathroom with bath and shower over. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, two bedside drawer units, individual lights, a chest of drawers, plenty of wardrobe space and access to a second balcony with two sun loungers, a circular table and sun umbrella. The air conditioning units in main rooms can also provide heat for year round comfort.

Apartment Oceanus is on Theseus the best designed and maintained village on Aphrodite Hills Resort and is only 10 minutes walk from the resort facilities in the Village square with restaurants, bar, ice cream parlour coffee shop, boutiques and supermarket.
The property has its own parking place, stunning views over one of two village communal pools and is just a short stroll from the other.
The property offers a peaceful holiday in Theseus Village on the beautiful island of Cyprus which benefits from over 300 days sunshine each year.
Alternatively for those looking for a more active stay Aphrodite Hills resort offers many options. These include championship golf course, tennis academy with astro-turf and clay courts, horse riding, health spa and gymnasium.
Events regularly take place in the Village Square and in the adjacent hotel including dancing, shows, local bands and markets. All resort facilities are available to our guests.
There are a number of charming villages close by offering a variety of eating in traditional tavernas with Cypriot music and dancing.
The resort is conveniently situated only 15 minutes from Paphos airport and 75 minutes from Larnaca, and is very close to motorway links to both.

For longer staying guests (over 7 days) we offer the option of additional clean and linen change. These are available at £65 per clean. Please let us know if you wish to use this service at time of booking.

Lovely 1 bed but so very spacious - biggest 1 bed we’ve stayed in.Everything you need - well equipped kitchen. Few bits to start you off always good.40 sec walk to pool from the front door.Large terrace off bedroom with sun beds and a further terrace off lounge with table, chairs and gas bbq. Thoughtfully put on bbq tray which prevented difficult cleaning Air con and fans brilliant. Apartment stays pretty cool due to position - a good send in July!We have already rebooked for later in the year. Thanks to host Graham for great communication

Beautiful Aphrodite

We have had a super stay in this beautiful apartment. There is absolutely everything you need to have a most enjoyable holiday, and the meet and greet welcome by Kristia was a great touch. Kristia got us a starter pack and showed us around the apartment and how to operate the electrical goods. The pool area, which you overlook from the balcony, is like having your own private pool. On the negative side, which has nothing to do with the owner, If you haven’t been before the on-site supermarket is a legal rip-off. I would advise you get a supermarket delivery or if you can get to a supermarket outwith then you should be okay. The bus into Paphos costs €1.50 compared to €40 for a taxi! Bus takes around 40 minutes. All in all we had a great time and the weather was great. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout.

We purchased our luxury apartment in Cyprus to take advantage of the long summer season as the island benefits from an average of 300 days sunshine annually. We love staying there and are delighted to share it with other guests when we are not using it.

Situated in Theseus, the best designed and kept Village on Aphrodite Hills, our apartment if fitted with top quality appliances, hard and soft furnishings, equipment and linen. Located far enough from the resort Village centre and other facilities, so as to be undisturbed by events and activities when you wish and yet just a few minutes stroll to enjoy the restaurants, shops, entertainment events, sports and Spa facilities when you want. BF11 overlooks the spectacular village pools and is surrounded by high quality, well tended landscaping, the ideal place to get away from hectic everyday life and relax.
