Place was very clean and perfect for our stay. The sofa bed was broken so we couldn't use it which was unfortunate - they offered an air mattress to make up for it but it wasn't as convenient as the sofa bed would be. Host was great - quick responses and very accommodating. The street it's on is definitely not one of the best streets in downtown but we didn't have any issues.
The apartment was very clean and easy to access. We super appreciated the white noise machines as it is needed to keep the general city-level sounds down. The beds and pillows were comfortable and appreciated there being space for small kiddos to run around after long days out in Spokane. We had some noise issues from a neighbor, but quick communications with Jake helped ease that issue as expediently as possible. Thanks and would rent again!
There was a tiny hiccup with the check-in, but it was quickly resolved! We had a wonderful stay, everything was nice. There was a lot of noise and traffic outside at night, but it didn’t bother us. Clean, private, beautiful accommodations. Enjoyed being able to do laundry in the apartment.
The condo unit was awesome!! It was well appointed and clean. We will for sure be staying here again. The only draw back were the locals that hung out around the unit.
This was a great property for our small group. Everything worked well and we had enough room to spread out. It was great being downtown with lots of food/drink options nearby. Was a little loud outside on the weekend nights but that's just part of the urban living experience.
This downtown condo is the perfect place to stay for an easy way to explore downtown Spokane. Very clean and nicely remodeled in an old building with lots of character coming through. The space is great for hanging out and relaxing in between coming and going. The beds were comfortable and there was fresh coffee to brew in the morning, what more can you ask for!
We have stayed in this unit before and really appreciate the design and the location. We ran the Bloomsday race and the starting area was one block away.
We were in Spokane for a concert and stayed at the loft. Very comfortable, clean and everything was easy. Neighborhood is a bit rough at night but we were able to walk to our destination with no problems. Thanks for having us.
We were in town to shoot photos and videos of a wedding. This property was perfect to host 2 members of my team along with providing enough space for other visitors during the day.
Host was communicative, friendly, and provided all the info needed to make sure we had a seamless check in and check out.
The property itself is in a great location in walking distance to bars, gas stations, and restaurants. Will definitely be making this my primary choice when in Spokane!

This place met our needs (male business colleagues) with two bedrooms and ample common space. Very clean and comfortable and reasonable walk to river area.
Be aware that there are the equivalent of about two stories of stairs to get to the apartment landing. No problem for us but if mobility is limited this could pose a problem.
Also, there is a large homeless population in the area. They did not cause us any problems but they can be noisy during the night.

We love Spokane, the down town area has seen better days. A lot of homelessness and drug users, some right outside the apartment. The facility itself absolutely beautiful. An urban charm for sure.
Bedding was comfortable, a lot of space. Everything was in walking distance. We had a faucet leak that could have been bad, and owner's communication was quick to respond, within a day it was fixed. Would we return to this unit? yes. We will be returning!
It's a very spacious apartment—very clean. The full-size washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, were a nice plus since we stayed for 4 nights. There's ample space for a family of four (including a teenager) to spread out, enjoy quiet time individually, and also gather around the table for dinner or watch movies in the living area.Chicken and Mo and Satellite Diner are must-tries!The parking situation is a bit tricky. Many nearby garages advertise "overnight" rates (around 15–26), but when we parked from one evening to the following morning, we were charged double. We tried two different garages and were charged double both times, so it seems they reset their rates at midnight. While this isn’t something the owner can control, it’s good to know in advance so it doesn’t come as a surprise. It's still a great place - we will definitely be back!
