We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this property. We enjoyed our stay at Coffin Point and would absolutely stay here again. The property management company was easy to work with and even got a few things returned to us that we left behind upon departure. It was a great experience.

This house was exactly what we were looking for... cozy, clean, right on the water. The location can't be beat if you're looking for a quieter vibe. The sunrises, the gentle lapping of the waves on the sound, the birds... just the relaxing experience we wanted.

Could not enjoy the beach at all! Was not walkable! To many oysters shells! Could not get in the water! You advertised beach front which made us think we could enjoy the beach! Not!!! The cottage has a German roach problem!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry that the beach conditions and concerns inside the cottage left you disappointed. We understand how frustrating it is to arrive expecting to enjoy convenient beachfront access and find that the shoreline conditions did not meet those expectations. We also sincerely apologize for the concerns regarding roaches. This is not the standard we want for our guests, and we take reports of pests very seriously. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so our team can investigate and address the issue appropriately. We also understand your frustration regarding the beach description. Shoreline conditions can vary significantly with tides and natural conditions, but we recognize the importance of providing clear, accurate information so guests can make informed decisions about a property. Your feedback will be shared with our team as we look for ways to improve both the property and our communication. We’re sorry we were unable to provide the enjoyable coastal experience you anticipated, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know where we fell short.

Secluded beach experience

The property was very clean, close to the beach and extremely quiet. We did day trips to Charleston and Savanah and enjoyed coming "home" to the seclusion of the house and the beach view.
