This is the most beautiful much loved family house, brilliantly equiped and located close to the sea and lovely beaches. Perfect place to explore the other villages on the island. We had a wonderful holiday here.

Das Haus von Julie & Régis ist fantastisch. Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren auf die Île de Ré, und dieses Haus ist das schönste, in dem wir je waren. Es liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück nur 350m vom Strand entfernt, und alles wirkt sehr neuwertig. Links und rechts des großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereichs mit Küche liegen 2 Trakte mit den Zimmern. Die Küche ist perkekt ausgestattet. Dies gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und wirkt wie aus einem Guss. Ganz klar: 10/10.

Cher Henner, nous vous remercions pour votre merveilleuse appréciation. C'est très gentil. Nous avons rénové la villa en 2020 dans l'esprit de pouvoir recevoir 1 ou 2 familles en même temps et effectivement qu'elles se répartissent de chaque coté de la villa pour plus de bien être. Nous aimons la simplicité dans la décoration. Et nous apprécions la bonne cuisine, ce qui justifie le grand nombre d'ustensile dans les placards comme vous l'avez souligné. Encore mille mercis. Très belle cabane

Très belle maison. Bien équipée et confortable, idéale pour séjourner en famille, le jardin est beau, la piscine est chauffée… la plage à 5 min à pied … parfait

Magnifique villa

Villa décorée avec goût tant à l extérieur qu à l intérieur. On s y sent bien c est un quartier agréable et tranquille la villa est à côté d une pinède. La Couarde est l emplacement idéal pour les départs de pistes cyclables le village se situe à peu près au centre de l île.
