Best lept secret!

Beautiful house, secluded and nearby Honfleur and Dauville. Wildlive in the morning and evening. Very compleet house, good beds and well equipped kitchen!

Quiet Country Retreat

Our recent stay was truly a relaxing get-away that was the perfect start to our European holiday. Our children enjoyed playing freely in the yard and we all had plenty of space to relax. We loved the home so much that we didn’t do as much sight seeing as we had originally planned! I highly recommend this beautifully renovated location.

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche im Juli 2025 in diesem Haus verbracht. Es liegt am Ende eines Waldweges und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über Wiesen und Wälder. Das Haus ist schlicht eingerichtet, aber sehr schön und gemütlich.Leider haben wir bei der Ankunft ein paar Mängel festgestellt: im Kühlschrank waren 2 offene Packungen übelriechende, saure Milch. Der Kühlschrank war sehr klein und hatte kein Eisfach. Der zusätzliche Kühlschrank im Schuppen war verschimmelt und nicht nutzbar. Eine Glühbirne über dem Esstisch war kaputt. Es gab nur vier große Handtücher, keine für Hände/Haare und keinen Fön. 2 der Schlafzimmer verfügen über keinerlei Stauraum oder Ablagefläche, nur über je eine Kleiderstange mit 4 Bügeln, sodass es keine Möglichkeit gab, die Koffer auszupacken.Als wir die Gastgeberin hierüber informierten, war die unfreundliche Antwort, dass es sich bei dem Haus um ihr Zuhause und nicht um ein 5-Sterne-Hotel handeln würde. Sie wünschte uns einen schönen Urlaub und äußerte sich nicht weiter zu den Problemen.Da Haus und Umgebung äußerst charmant sind, hätten wir die Mängel (und die eher mittelmäßige Sauberkeit) bereitwillig akzeptiert, wenn man sich wenigstens für die verdorbenen Milch und den verschimmelten Kühlschrank entschuldigt hätte, über die unhöfliche Antwort und keinerlei Eingehen auf unsere Beanstandungen haben wir uns allerdings so sehr geärgert, dass uns das den Urlaub schon etwas verdorben hat. Bei einem Wochenpreis von 2.600 hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Excellent séjour

Maison au calme et plein sud . Bel environnement sur un vallon et adossée à la foret de Saint Gatien. Très agréable à vivre et décorée avec goût entourée de fleurs. Elle est proche des plages. Propriétaires très sympathiques.
