Wonderful place to stay! Just down the street from the college. Clean, well-stocked, easy-check-in, extremely comfortable and quiet. Off street parking was a great addition. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Rubin's property was great! The space was comfortable, parking was easy, and it was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. We'd definitely stay here again if we need to be back in Sioux Falls!

Great communication, and customer service! There was a flaw with the TV, within a couple of hrs host brought a new TV. The space was clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!

The house was cute and exceeded our needs. The offstreet parking was a great addition. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Bedding was clean - floors and bathroom were very clean. We loved it!!

Our stay was perfect for our needs. We were in town for my daughter’s Mid Season college swim meet at Midco Aquatic Center! Location was clean and very close the the aquatic center. Would definitely rent again if in town.

Nice little apartment! Was perfect for the 4 of us when we traveled for Thanksgiving! Very clean! We will stay here again. The only downside is the people upstairs can be kind of noisy.
