Nice neighborhood. Good location. House was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is it was a bit bare on furnishings. No TVs in bedrooms, master bedroom needs a second night stand (there’s plenty of room for it), keypad entry into home would be nice, one of the couches in formal living room is extremely uncomfortable (must be a sleeper sofa), no ice maker in freezer, etc. And although the pool is “heated”, that’s only for November-April, so in mid-October, it was too chilly for our liking. Still a nice place to stay, and good value for the price.

If you want a relaxing vacation- look no further! Close to the ocean, central to great restaurants and things to do- it was just perfect. Even better, you don't even have to leave the property to enjoy your stay. The pool was perfect, the house was clean and had everything we could need. The pool is especially great for little kids with the sundeck. We'll think about this vacation forever. Our host really thought out this property and we feel so lucky to have found this gem. I can't say enough good things.

Spring ball

This is a very beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the Toronto blue jay stadium which is why we came to watch some spring baseball. The town of Dunedin was close for shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was wonderful! An excellent location as we had relatives nearby. This was our favorite rental in the area after eight years of escaping from winter in the north.
