This is a cozy beach cottage close to many beaches and amenities. The host, Steve, was easy to communicate with and the property is as described. Would definably recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at this cool vintage cottage. Communication with Stephen was excellent. It's in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to surrounding towns, parks and beaches. The park passes available were a generous touch and came in handy. We loved the comfy bed. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was charming, quiet, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind after a full day of birding. The highlight was having a mule deer right at the back door—it was such a special and unexpected bonus! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

it was nice to roll in off the road and find a reasonably well equipped kitchen and privacy to make dinner and relax. it was delightful to sit on the patio and listen to a harbor horn blowing and the occasional bark of a sea mammal off in the foggy night distance.

Enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter weekend in this darling cottage. Check-in and parking were a breeze, the cottage was spotless and very welcoming, the kitchen was perfectly appointed and we had everything we needed. Stephen was easily available and willing to meet any needs we may have had. The cottage is centrally located to all that Bodega Bay offers but is set just far enough off the main drag to be quiet and relaxing. We had lots of adventures, beach time, whale watching, shopping and delicious food. A perfect weekend, thank you Stephen and Casa Blowdega! We're already planning another visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Blowdega! Lots of seating in living room and bed was comfortable and linens nice. Steve was welcoming.He leaves passes for county parks and state parks. We used both of these. Thanks Steve! We were able to watch the humpback whales from shore during our visit. The scenery in this area inland and along the coast is spectacular!

LOVED Stephen's place, better than described. The place was super clean, beautiful furniture, nice little back patio.. Perfect for a family of four.. It's very close to town and close to access to the Sonoma coast beaches, especially, Bodega Dunes.. If I'm not traveling with my dog, I would absolutely stay again and again! Stephen was also very communicative. Fast response to any questions. Thank you !

The interior of the cottage is great. Loved the wood floors and the quaint old qualities of the home and the retro furniture. Unfortunately didn’t have the ocean views but I highly recommend staying here. The host is unbelievable and very accommodating.

Great place for a family five, ample space and all amenities needed. Location was great we were able to visit Point Reyes, Armstrong Redwoods, Guerenville, hike the Bodega headlands and spend plenty of time at the surrounding beaches.

Casa Blowdega is such a charming little cottage in a great location. We enjoyed our weekend getaway here. The easy parking and check in process was also a plus! We had a question for the owner when we arrived, he went out of his way to get in touch with us and was so accommodating. An added bonus were the parking passes for use at the state parks/beaches in the area. We will book this cutie again in the future!

The property has potential, low curb appeal. needs better access to the cottage from where you park, and the walkway is very poor could be a liability. Not all of the appliance worked.

The property is located in "Old Bodega" by the elementary school. It was quiet and cozy. Close to everything for dining and sight seeing. Private driveway so no parking issues. The host kept in communication with us the prior to our arrival. He stopped by while we were there and gave us some fresh rockfish he had just caught that day. Pretty awesome! We will stay there again for sure.
