Cabin-style double bedroom set in the eaves (restricted access and headroom). Bathroom in eaves with shower (on landing area) basin & WC (in separate room). Attractive open plan living area with compact kitchen, dining area & sitting area with living flame gas fire.
What makes this property unique
Electric central heating with gas fire in sitting area. combi oven/microwave, hob, fridge, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freesat, DVD, radio/CD, WiFi. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub across the road. Note: The bedroom is situated in the eaves and has restricted access from one side only. Note: Property is adjacent to station platform (5-6 trains daily) on scenic Esk Valley line.
