Located in a prime location of the19th arrondissement of Paris, this 2-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building, fully equipped for a comfortable stay in Paris. In our home, your health and safety comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

- a living room with comfortable sofa and a TV. A dining table for 4 at your disposal.
- a fully-equipped kitchen with all the mod-cons you need (stove, fridge, oven, microwave and more).
- two bedrooms; each with a double bed that will be made up with quality linens and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in shower.

Quality towels and bed linen will be provided for your comfort.

Welcome to Paris, on the edge of the water !Whether you like crazy Parisian nights or peace and quiet, you'll definitely be seduced by the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin. A picture of Parisian lifestyle in the 19e arrondissement, on the right bank of Paris, with the indolence and casualness of fluvial life. Close to the main touristic attractions of Paris, accessible through several means of transportation, the neighborhood offers the luxury of being in Paris with your feet in the water ! By the way, during the Summer, the bassin de la Villette changes into a second Paris Plages (Paris Beaches). There, children and grown-ups play boules, do pedalo on the canal, improve their tan comfortably installed on a deckchair or on the sand under the very welcomed water sprays, while sipping beer or Perrier... It's like you're on the Riviera ! (Well, I might be exaggerating a bit...!)Walk outside the apartment, take a walk along the quays on the banks of the canal and watch the boats come and go, go a bit further, to the Antipode, a cool bar on a barge. Push the fluvial experience so far that you will think that you're Jack Sparrow. Sit at a table at La Bulle and order a traditional French meal served with a smile, before catching a movie in one of the twin MK2 cinemas or a play at the Centquatre or perhaps a concert at the Point Ephémère. Between the water and the culture, Paris will be at your feet !

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
