It includes :
-Entry, living room with TV, sofa bed of 160 cm large, truckle bed of 90cm large,
-Equipped kitchen (fridge, multifunction oven, cooking plate),
-Bathroom with bath and toilets,

Balcony with sea view and garden furniture.
Parking n°13 on the residence
Animals allowed with extra charge (5€/days). Beds with blankets.

Electric and water usage in extra charge (30€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 66€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
