It would be good if there was more room in the cupboards for our food, etc. Also, having the room divider would be nice for those of us couples who do not have the same taste in TV viewing.

Excellent location and property

This property is in an excellent location in short walking distance to the beach, Doc's Beach House, and Coconut Jack's Waterfront Grille. There is also a cafe conveniently located on the first floor of building one. The unit is very nicely maintained, beautifully decorated, with a cute balcony facing the bay. The unit has no common walls to any other unit on the same floor, and there is no noise from the traffic due to its positioning. The process of renting it and finding out anything we needed was facilitated so nicely by the owner, it was a totally pleasant and pain-free experience. Tracey welcomed all our inquiries and was very quick with all the answers we needed. The 2 pools and the tennis courts, as the entire property, are well maintained, the place is clean, the people are friendly, all the ingredients for a wonderful vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a smooth experience and a very nice place to stay.

Very nice condo.

Views from 7th floor were great.Condo has plenty of room for 2 people. Pool was nice and just a few feet from the elevator. Tracey was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend this condo. The beach is just a short walk across the road.

Close to the beach -- with a back bay view

This studio condo at Bonita Beach is close to all that matters to those who want a relaxing SW Florida getaway -- by the beach, walking distance to fun & casual restaurants, short driving distances to shopping, great views, and more. Complete with balcony/lanai, cable TV, wi-fi, full kitchen, and beach chairs, it's a sun-lover's dream. The five building complex has two pools, 10+ tennis courts, pickle ball, bocci ball, shuffleboard, 3 coin laundry rooms, and even a restaurant. If you can't relax and have a good time here, you might need Xanas.
