Breathtaking Gulf Views greet you as soon as you enter this beautifully updated beach condo studio. Sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the spacious balcony. Screened balcony includes a 5 panel glass enclosure that opens and extends the living space and allows you to enjoy amazing views in any weather.

Beach and Tennis Club is located steps away from the renowned Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach and across from Doc's Beach House. Located on the 8th Floor, Building 4, this west facing studio condo provides stunning sunsets nightly while you unwind from a day at Bonita or Barefoot beach.

Studio Unit includes: King size bed, queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bathroom and walk-in closet. Spacious balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a non-smoking property and unit. No pets allowed on property. Best for up to 2 adults. Additional Guests charged $50 per guest per day. 4 person maximum occupancy (King bed and sofa bed). No children under 15 years of age.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Club is situated on 15 beautifully landscaped acres directly across from Bonita Beach and offers 2 Heated Community Pools, 10 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, 2 Pickleball Courts, Bocce Ball Court, Shuffleboard, Casual Restaurant open for breakfast and lunch, Coin operated laundry facilities, WiFi Internet Access, and multiple grills all free for use. Free parking onsite.

This condo is available for short/long term or for the season. Weekly and Monthly discounts:
5% discount if rented 7 nights or more
10% discount if rented 28 days or more

Please note that there is construction within the community to ensure that Beach and Tennis Club is one of the safest in the area. You may experience construction noise from approximately 9 - 4 weekdays until the project is complete. The construction has moved to Building 3. This unit is in Building 4. The hurricane doors and windows in the condo help mitigate any noise during the day. The lanai is fully open and accessible and you'll still enjoy the amazing sunsets. Although this may be a temporary inconvenience, I am sure you are still going to enjoy your time at the condo!

The Cafe at Bonita Beach Onsite Restaurant: Open Tuesday - Sunday from 8am to 2:30pm. Closed Mondays.

What an Incredible Condo!

From the time we reserved the unit to the day after we left, the experience was outstanding. Becky was not only easy to work with but she treated us like we were VIP's throughout our stay. The condo was even better than the pictures. She literally thought of everything from paper towels to all the beach gear you could need and more. Every time I thought I needed something from the store, she had it somewhere there for the use of the renters. We stayed on the property a full month and not once did we have any issues. The view was beautiful and the glass doors that opened on the balcony were great. Most of the units in the buildings do not have glass doors that close up when it is hot so it created more living space and the ability to work from there with the WIFI on the balcony in air conditioning. The door opens with a code so you never had to fumble for a key when you came back from the beach. The beautiful Bonita Beach was across the street and super accessible. The beach cart she provided was a LIFESAVER! It is really the little things that make people happy! I would absolutely rent again and can't wait until next time. Thank you, Becky!

Best hidden secret at Bonita Beach.

This place was amazing. Perfect location, within walking distance to the beach, Doc’s Beach House, the Cafe, Coconut Jack’s and a pool onsite. This is a very clean and well equipped Condo; nicer than most hotels and has everything you would need. I was really impressed that there was a beach cart, chairs and cooler available for use in the closet. The chair alone saves you $10/day at the beach. This was an amazing trip and I will definitely book this rental again! Thank you!

Excellent location

This property was perfect fir the two of us. Excellent view of the Gulf and the beach was within walking distance. Becky has the condo well stocked with everything we needed. The beach cart, umbrella and chairs were so handy! We would stay here again!
