A beautiful location

We had the most amazing stay! This was a great location, short walk to a great beach, stunning ocean views where we could watch the whales breaching at sunset. All in all loved!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more for 6 adults. The loft area was a bit warm so we kept the doors closed and used a fan, that helped. There was tons of stuff to do within walking distance (food, shopping, liquor, etc,). We had no issues with internet and tv. My communication with the host and staff was friendly, and Tour groups picked us up at the Dolphin Plaza. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend. Mahalo!

absolutely a great stay . The condo is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of shopping and other things to do within walking distance or a very short drive if needed. The condo itself had plenty of space and was very well stocked with both pantry items along with items needed for the beach. The pool and hot tub were great compliments to a full day at the beach. If you like to grill, plenty of grills around to do so. The views were great. Mountains on one side and beach on the other.

Great place to stay

Very nice condo, great location! Tons of food and shopping in walking distance and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The AC was a relief after hot July days. If our family comes back to Maui, we'll definitely try to stay here again!

We had a really great stay. The proximity to the beach was great, even kamahole II beach is accessible by foot. Great sunset, pickleball court on site. Great installations. I recommend this place.

Views are amazing and host is very responsive

We love having our breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean and mountains. Elisabeth has been very responsive regarding issues to be resolved. The location is very convenient, we would book it again!

Perfection in Paradise

We loved our stay here. The condo was in a perfect spot to allow a view of the mountains and a view of the ocean. The walk to an amazing beach, stores, and restaurants was short and easy. Elisabeth was quick to respond to the few small things that came up, and we appreciate her and will remember our time here very fondly.

Nice and needs some upgrades for the price

The property was clean and nicely equipped for the most part. There were some parts that felt run-down and in need of an upgrade (kitchen, carpets, upstairs beds were uncomfortable, and pillows in master were really thin — we purchased more at Target). But we used the kitchen each morning and it had everything we needed and it was a good size apartment for our group of 5.

Wonderful location!

We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay. It was wonderful to be able to walk to beaches, shops and restaurants. The view was great, watching the whales breach as we ate dinner and breakfast on the deck. The only issue we had was that the guest bed was not very comfortable. We turned the mattress over, but it had indentions on each side from much use, and our son tried sleeping in the middle. But other than that, we were delighted with our experience there :)

Perfect!

This was the perfect place for my family and I. The beach was across the street , we got to whale watch from our balcony, lots of space for my family of 6. Lots of places to eat and grocery stores near by. Only con is I wish the upstairs was actually a room not a loft . The majority of the beds were upstairs which is where the kids were and bedtime is hard when they are distracted by the lights and tv of the downstairs. Still 5/5 stars !

Great property

This was a great property, it met all the needs of our group which was 6 adults. The condo had just had new floors and showers installed, which made the place feel fresh and clean. Our check in process was so easy and finding it was no problem. The location was more than we could have asked for, close to the beach, restaurants,(you have to try the Cinnamon Roll place) and shopping., and the sunsets from the balcony we amazing! We had a few issues and Elisabeth was quick to respond and work with us and get them fixed. If you are looking for a great condo in Kihei, look no further - this is it. I plan to go back to Maui again, and will be trying to stay at this condo.

Lovely stay in a central location

Our family enjoyed our stay at this penthouse condo unit. Our group consisted of elderly grandparents, young adults (in their 20s) and our young family with two infants. Yet, the condo was prepared such that everyone had something to enjoy. It was in a great location at Kihei and we were provided with lots of beach amenities (beach chairs, towels, toys!), a kitchen with great basics and a lovely patio overlooking the ocean where, given this time of the year, we were able to see whales during sunset. We had some trouble locating the unit when we first arrived but the property manager was fast in responding despite being well past midnight. Also, we did have an issues with the electricity that was quickly resolved by the house owner. That was all greatly appreciated.

Nice place

We stayed in this condo in Oct. Overall, it was a very nice place. Great location, spacious, easy to walk to the beach and some small shops, clean, nice layout, seemed very safe. Three complaints...1. Advertised as 3 bedrooms..except one was a loft with no privacy. ( I am 45 years old, I want a door on my bedroom. We would have stayed elsewhere if we would have know this). 2. The dryer didn't work very well...minor issue. 3. The decor was very dated...very minor issue. I would definitely stay here again if we were traveling with kids who would use the loft.

Family vacation

The family had great time in Maui and the condo, but the internet extremely slow that affected the tv channels, and our phone services. Overall the condo was great, and perfect location…thank you Elizabeth for the excellent communication!
