This cottage sleeps four people in two en-suite bedrooms, consisting of one zip/link super king-size double and a double bedroom. The cottage also has a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a front, enclosed, lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Jess Cottage has all the ingredients for an enjoyable holiday in a wonderful area.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: Walls around garden but cottage next to a canal, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There is a small campsite on the farm approx. 250 yards from the cottage. Note: Due to the property being set on a working farm, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when outside (can be off leads in private garden). Note: Road noise can be heard when sat in garden.
