Fuel and power inc. in rent. Logs for fire on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: Walls around garden but cottage next to a canal, children to be supervised at all times. Note: There is a small campsite on the farm approx. 250 yards from the cottage. Note: Due to the property being set on a working farm, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead when outside (can be off leads in private garden). Note: Road noise can be heard when sat in garden.
