Enjoy a Sunny balcony, near a park. Cosy newly renovated appartment, in a quiet and tree-lined area. The area of La Plaine St Denis is very secure, you can take the RER at night Very center of Paris is only 15mn away. PARKING, wifi. The apartment is idealy situated near a metro station to get to Paris within 15'. You can park your car in a secure underground parking. You have all the flat for you and your familiy. You can call me anytime I live across the street, and you can get fast answers through Airbnb messenger. We are located in a calm and secure area, surrounded by a 1ha park. The supermarket is open untill 10PM everyday (except SUNDAYS) and the pharmacy is near the metro station. Autoroutes A1 et A86. CDG Airport : 25mn by car, 60’ by train. The nearest train station will take you to Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys) in 8’, Les Halles (15’), L’Opéra & les grands magasins (20’), les Champs Elysées (25’), Les Halles (15’), Montmartre (25’), Le Louvre (25’), Eiffel Tower (50’)... plus 5’ walk to reach the station from the apartment.

Schöne, gut gelegene Wohnung für den Paris-Urlaub

- schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung - Dank guter Fenster sehr ruhig, Balkon geht leider direkt zur Straße - trotz Zone 2 sehr schnelle Anbindung ans Zentrum mit Öffis - Bäcker & Supermarkt in direkter Laufnähe

3 bedroom apartment in convenient location

3 bedrooms with 1 toilet. I shower and basin in one bedroom. 1 separate bathroom of shower and basin only. One toilet is quite a push for 8 people. Other than that a convenient place to be for the rugby world cup

Paris flat

Our host, Adrien, is wonderful. He will respond to your messages immediately. The apt is well kept and close to 2 metro stops. I recommend that you walk around the neighborhood. It is quiet and safe to walk at any hour, and you have the convenience of several shops close to the apartment.

Everything was perfect

The house is exactly like the photos. The check-in was pretty easy and the communication with the owner was very good, couldn’t ask for a better experience. There was many tools for cooking and many towels as well. The house was very clean. Totally recommend it.
