Property exactly as described! Good comma from host and a bottle of wine! Lots of room for my wife and the dog. Lovely pub within walking distance and easy drive to some beautiful places
Would highly recommended. The barn was modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. The owners were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us lots of tips of places to visit. There was lots to do in the area including beautiful walks, some from the front door and some only a short drive, a couple of nice pubs close by and the farm shop a mile from the barn was good. Herbie the cat was an absolute delight - always around and up for a cuddle. Smudge (though shyer) enjoyed a stroke. I would definitely rebook if returning to the area.

Loved the place although would have been better as a separate 1 bed rather than open plan.
We enjoyed our stay and made welcome by Mark and Gill and of course Herbie the cat was always there to greet us. Recommend The Crossroads pub for food really lovely but do book it gets very busy and its only a short walk from the Barn.

Nice rural retreat but close to amenities
A modern barn conversion, this property is compact, but adequately furnished, equipped and is clean and well-maintained. The views and walks from the property are great and Hebden Bridge, Bronte County and Howarth are all a short drive away. There are 3 pubs in walking distance. Would especially recommend the nearest - Croasroads Inn - for their food.
The owners are on hand and helpful and they are happy to share their (non-working) farm and animals with you. Would recommend and hope to be back again.
