Mostly ground floor. One mezzanine king-size double bedroom. Small shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Lawned garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Mezzanine bedroom accessed directly from stairs and has a sloped ceiling. Note: Babes-in-arms only.
