Désolé pour les fourmis dans la cuisine, mais lors de votre arrivée et de votre départ nous n'avons pas constaté de fourmis et c'est bien la première fois qu'un locataire rencontre ce problème de fourmis. Sorry about the ants in the kitchen, but when you arrived and left, we did not notice any ants, and this is the first time a tenant has encountered this ant problem.

We returned for a second stay and were not disappointed. The house is maintained to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. We used the pool every day; it is perfect regardless of the weather. The kitchen contains everything we could possibly need and we loved the covered outside dining area.

Beautiful house, perfect location

The house was immaculate, and has everything we wanted for a relaxing holiday. The living area is very spacious and the kitchen is incredibly well equipped. We loved the patio area and ate outside every day, helped by the shuttered cover that could be closed if the weather required it. But the best bit was the covered pool, heated to a perfect temperature and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal with shops, bars and restaurants a few steps from the back gate. It is a short walk to the lovely port, and a slightly longer walk (or short free bus ride) to the beach. We hardly used the car at all as there was so much to do locally. The area is fantastic for cycling, with many bike friendly routes and a cycle hire shop outside the back gate. We honestly couldn't have wanted anything more.

We stayed here first two weeks of August. The house was fairly clean, bath mats could do with a wash, but we moved these out of the way. The kitchen was well equipped we managed to cook various meals in the kitchen/bbq.The check in was ok but be prepared for the fact they stand and count your cash before entry. Our biggest problem was this property was advertised with WIFI and two of us on the trip run a business so this was a must for us and one reason we picked this property. This house Does NOT have wifi. Raised this with host and with vrbo and nothing. Let down by the false advert.Also the house is next to a very noisey bar. The live music does end 10-11pm everynight but the noise and shouting carries well into 2-3am every morning!. If you are after a peaceful sleep look else where. The amenities around the house are very good. Beach/restraunts are all within walking distance and the port with the wednesday market is lovely too.

I'm a little surprised by your various comments regarding your dissatisfaction with the bath mats (my wife replaces them at each location, and you didn't comment on them during the viewing upon your arrival and departure), the Wi-Fi (this house has never had Wi-Fi connections since 2016, and, except for us, it's stated in the ad), and the noise (there are only 1 to 2 concerts maximum per week, not every night as you indicated. Furthermore, the police have their accommodations between our house and the bar!!!!), and the counting of your money for the €1,500 deposit (we count the amount in front of you upon arrival to ensure we give you the same amount upon your departure).You may notice that the reviews before you are from 2025, 2024, 2023… This is the first time we have your various comments, and I think that your comments could be communicated to us when you leave.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison qui est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée.Nous étions 2 couples et 4 enfants. Les chambres sont spacieuse. Chaque enfant avait son propre lit.La piscine à proximité de la maison, avec vue depuis la cuisine, est un vrai plus car nous pouvions toujours avoir un œil sur les enfants. Ils ont aussi profité du jardin pour y jouer.Une pergola nous a permis de manger dehors pendant 3 semaines, par tout les temps.Les petits commerces de qualité à deux pas de la maison nous ont grandement facilité le quotidien.

Super séjour

Super villa idéalement placée au cœur de Port Bourgenay à qq min de la plage et du port. Proche de nombreuses commodités: boulangerie, boucherie, restaurant, pizza… Le top du top : la piscine couverte qui nous permettait d’en profiter par tous les temps. Super séjour. Seul petit bémol: pas de Wifi.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances

Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour. La maison est juste parfaite pour des vacances. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire. La piscine est top, on peut même en profiter les jours de pluie, les enfants ont adoré. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Je recommande.

Fans de piscine, vous apprécierez cette location

Très beau jardin et piscine couverte très agréable. un bémol sur l'escalier à pas japonais, étant retraitée avec vision défectueuse impossible d'y monter, heureusement une pièce rdc avec 2 lits gigognes. Petits commerces de proximité, port accessible à pied, la plage est un peu loin à pied (25 minutes environ) vacances agréables, la piscine couverte est le point fort, on en a bien profité.

L'escaliere n'est pas en pas japonais ou à pas décalés, mais un escalier standard avec des marches de largeur 800 mm. La plage à pied, à vélo ou en voiture est à une distance de 1.2 Km par la forêt ou 1.4 km par la piste cyclable ou par la route.
