Angelo was professional and responsive. The rental is well located to walk to the train station, old town, or any of the beach clubs. What makes this rental special is the incredible views. It is on the 6th floor so the busy street below isn’t too noisy. The old elevator was of service for a couple of days so we got our exercise. All in all a very good place to stay to be accessible to all that Nice has to offer.

Beautiful apartment!

We completely enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was exactly as presented on the website. Angelo was very helpful, including helping us check in when our trained was delayed fiver hours. Would absolutely stay here again! The balcony is lovely :)

Location and view were great. Given the rental price, we would have expected the provision of more sundry items such as paper towels and toilet paper. Angelo was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in Nice at this property. The location is central to everything and close to Old Town Nice. The host Angelo was excellent and greeted us on our arrival. He took the time to walk us through the apartment and explained everything to us. We didn't have to contact him once during our stay because of this. Also, when we were leaving, our flight was delayed and he allowed us to stay extra time until our flight left. That was really so kind of him. The apartment is in a primo location overlooking the beach which was steps away. The images on line are very accurate. The AC worked great and the two king sized beds were very comfortable. It had a full kitchen and everything worked great. It was obviously recently upgraded. The surrounding neighborhood was fantastic. Plenty of great places to eat. I would highly recommend using Viator to book your day trips to the surrounding areas. The new app worked great and the day trips were fantastic. Great property and great host. Highly recommend this property and location.

Angelo is very responsible and communicated effectively through Google Translate. We really enjoyed our stay. The best part of the apartment is the amazing view of the Nice ocean front and its central location. Angelo also got us a great parking space in a locked garage. I understand that some of the guests are less than impressed with the furnishing but the point they are missing is the incredible deal they are getting. Other similar apartments with similar view and location are easily asking for Euro 1,200. We appreciate the value of this Vrbo rental.

Amazing location, but…

The apartment is on the 6th floor of a building on the Promenade Des Anglais. The views are amazing. It is a short walk to Place Massena and the old town. The apartment is like many in Nice, in a very old building. The apartment has been renovated a little but many aspects of the apartment need replacement and up-dating. Such as the fridge, oven, beds, showers and toilets. There was no hot water for 24 hours and the front door to the building broken down several times and we couldn’t access the building. The manager, while friendly and helpful didn’t speak any English. Some repairs were meant to have been down during our stay but didn’t happen. The beds were vey hard and for the price we paid we expected better. The bedding was very old and needs to be replaced.

This apartment is large and beautiful. There is plenty of space. The air conditioning is powerful and effective. The location is ideal with great water views. Right across from beaches and a short walk to Old Town Nice. Highly recommended!
