Beautiful apartment!

We completely enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was exactly as presented on the website. Angelo was very helpful, including helping us check in when our trained was delayed fiver hours. Would absolutely stay here again! The balcony is lovely :)

Beautiful View By The Sea

Location and view were great. Given the rental price, we would have expected the provision of more sundry items such as paper towels and toilet paper. Angelo was very helpful.

Amazing location, but…

The apartment is on the 6th floor of a building on the Promenade Des Anglais. The views are amazing. It is a short walk to Place Massena and the old town. The apartment is like many in Nice, in a very old building. The apartment has been renovated a little but many aspects of the apartment need replacement and up-dating. Such as the fridge, oven, beds, showers and toilets. There was no hot water for 24 hours and the front door to the building broken down several times and we couldn’t access the building. The manager, while friendly and helpful didn’t speak any English. Some repairs were meant to have been down during our stay but didn’t happen. The beds were vey hard and for the price we paid we expected better. The bedding was very old and needs to be replaced.

Beautiful Apartment with Beautiful Views

This apartment is large and beautiful. There is plenty of space. The air conditioning is powerful and effective. The location is ideal with great water views. Right across from beaches and a short walk to Old Town Nice. Highly recommended!
