We happily welcome one well-behaved dog to join you on your stay! Cats are not permitted. A non-refundable $125 pet fee will be charged, just include your pup in the guest count when booking, and the fee will be added automatically. Please note: pets are not allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture is found, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the card used for your reservation.

Hosting allows us to help others experience the beauty and peace of this incredible area we’ve come to love so much.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of privacy, natural beauty, and access to everything we love about Pagosa Springs. The San Juan River is just down the road, the hiking and fishing are unbeatable, and the peaceful mountain setting feels like a true escape.
