BOUCANET - In a residence of direct standing on the beach with swimming pool, P4 of 70m ² on the 1st floor with sea view, composed of a bright living room, with sofa, tv and dining room, a new equipped kitchen (Microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, hob), a bedroom with balcony with side sea view with 2 single beds glued together, a bedroom with sea view with a double bed in 160cm and a bedroom with a bunk bed with adjoining shower room, a 2nd bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet. Common and secure parking, not numbered. 800m from the city center. 6 Sleeping accommodations. Pets not allowed.

OPTIONAL BENEFITS:
- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 100€ P4 (Free of pet hair)

two deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for flat, 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after the verification of the apartment.

Schöne Wohnung, praktisch eingerichtet. Schöner Blick zum Meer und Pool. Feriernanlage vor allem von französischen Feriengästen bewohnt. Abends mit etwas Animation (Musik bzw. Boulespielen)

Une agréable semaine passée au Grau du Roi

Appartement agréable dans l’ensemble. Il est parfaitement situé en face de la mer et avec une piscine peu bondée. Nous recommandons ce lieu de vacances, à noter toutefois l’absence de wifi et de climatisation.

Annonce alléchante mais surestimée

appartement prévu pour six personnes avec seulement 3 lits complets et un lit avec sommier sans pied.Ne parlons pas du clic clac ni de la déco .Etendoir à jeter. Eclairage faible dans toutes les pièces sauf cuisine. Pièce à vivre trés agréable.
