Lovely Family Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was very nice and having an extra fridge in the laundry room was a game changer. Pool was very well kept and it was an easy walk to the beach. Lovely home.

Great home and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was multi-generational and the layout and number of bedrooms and baths was fabulous for our needs. The pool and covered deck area as well as the outdoor eating area near the grill was perfect for adults and grandchildren. The walkway to the beach was easy and once we hit the paved portion of the boardwalk, it was a breeze getting to the sand/beach. There were all the provisions needed in the kitchen for us and we had 8 mouths to feed. It was very handy full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room and there is a full sized 2nd refrigerator in there which we used for beverages. We had 3 cars and there was plenty of parking at the home for our needs; and there could have been at least one more car on the driveway. We didn't need to pay for the VayKLife package which was included in our rental fees. I would have taken this off and not had this expense if I had known it was an option and not automatically included. Our littles were not of bike riding age and any other items offered we also didn't need. So pay attention to this when dealing with the the Island Time staff and vacation consultants. Island Time was very easy to work with and very responsive on anything that came up before, or during our stay. We rented Labor Day week 2026 and it was a great time of year to be on HHI. I would recommend this home.

Spacious and comfortable

Having great gathering space and three master bedrooms made this a good choice for our week on Hilton Head. It is an easy walk to the beach which we appreciated, too.

Perfect beach home

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It was beautiful, clean, and had all we needed for the week. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool made the afternoons and evenings relaxing and fun.

Spring Break 2026

We loved being able to bring our fur babies with us. Our kids were able to bike around and the house is very centrally located. My only complaint was we could not swim in the pool during our stay due to the uncleanliness of the pool. We called to have it cleaned but no one ever showed up. The pool was completely green when we left. Again, overall it was a great experience, and I would stay here again.

Great stay at 4 junket

We had a lovely family beach week here. The house was spacious and clean and could have accommodated more than our family. You are very close to the ocean overall, but do have to walk “around” to the path- which is a easy walk even for kids. Front and screened porch and pool all a hit for kids. Wonderful to be able to bring our dog.

Pictures can not describe this open comfortable home

The open yet separate concept of this house with private beds and bathrooms, make this the ideal beach house to share with family. High end appliances, lg TVs, pool after the very close beach, and dog and kid friendly, make this so much fun. Used great local trails for biking. We will be back to this welcoming place.

Early summer trip

The house was perfect for myself and 2 adult children who were working remotely during the day. Plenty of room to spread out, 2 living spaces, large fully equipped kitchen. Location couldn't have been better, 5 min walk to beach, short bike ride to Pickleball and Golf. Shopping and groceries close by. Pool was clean, warm enough to swim most days.
