Located in the charming town of Théoule-sur-Mer, this duplex is spacious, luminous and well maintained. It is air-conditioned and located on the third floor (no elevator) of a secure complex within a 50m walk from the beach.
It features 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and one with two beds. It has one bathroom and two WC, one on each floor. There is also a sleeping corner on the mezzanine. From the living room you have access to a balcony with a dining table. One the second floor there is a roof terrace with a table and chairs and a breath taking view of the sea, the Port de la Figueirette and the Estérel National Park.
The apartment comes with a one-car closed parking spot and high speed free WI FI. Sheets can be provided on request for a fee (22€ for a double bed set and 15€ for a single bed set).
The apartment complex offers a secure large swimming pool, sun bathing chairs and a shower.

Great Views, Nice location.

The views of the bay are spectacular. The area is very quiet, but with a few restaurants and beach bars nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

This flat is IDEALLY located on the French Riviera. It's close to the beach and yet in a very quiet area. We hope to come again.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement est très fonctionnel et propre. Il correspond bien au descriptif. La personne qui gère la remise des clés est sympathique et arrangeante. L'emplacement est parfait, face au port et de la plage de la Figueirette. Et on a pu profiter de la piscine et de ses transats, il n'y a jamais eu beaucoup de monde... Attention tout de même, la vue se mérite et il y a donc beaucoup de marches pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous recommandons !

L’appartement est top et bien équipé, offrant une vue imprenable, laissant rêveur! Le toit terrasse est vraiment un truc de dingue! Silencieuse, la résidence est très agréable. Piscine agréable avec sol en pente, wc disponible à la piscine. Séjour au top. Le seul inconvénient est qu’il faut prendre la voiture pour tout, pas de petits commerçants à proximité a pied. On recommande fortement !

Un réel coup de coeur

L'appartement est duplex , idéalement situé avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de la figuerette!! Vue sur mer et port exceptionnelle et à couper le souffle ! Laterrasse de 30 m² est spendide et offre un panorama incroyable à 360° ! L'appartement est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. La literie est de qualité pour bien se reposer. Grand frigo avec congélateur. L'endroit est très calme, très peu de passage de voiture. Adresse a garder sans problème, n'hésitez pas à vous laisser tenter, personne ne peut être déçu de ce lieu. Merci à Sana pour la simplicité des échanges afin de préparer notre séjour et à la personne sur place pour la remise des clefs.

Great apartment in a lovely spot!

We have just returned from a lovely stay here and would highly recommend it. The views from the balcony and roof terrace are amazing, and we miss them already. It’s an easy walk down to the beach, which is sandy and shallow - therefore safe for children (unfortunately some jellyfish during our stay, but not the whole time thankfully). The pool was clean and well maintained - and although popular, you can still manage to find yourself the only people there. Lots of sun loungers available too. The apartment is well equipped and perfect for a family holiday - you can explore lots of amazing beaches, villages and towns within easy reach. We would love to revisit one day.

Une vue magique

Que dire.... une expérience à ne pas louper, une vue imprenable sur la méditerranée avec d'un côté de la verdure, des roches... et de l'autre les plages et calanques ! Je recommande cet endroit, propriété tres calme, tout commerces a proximité, nous avons passé un sejour formidable ! L'agence immobilière au top et à l'écoute tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !!!! 😊

Location conforme au descriptif en tout point. Propriétaire disponible pour nous renseigner en amont de notre arrivée. L'appartement est situé dans une très belle résidence, face au port et face à une petite plage très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location
