Appartement avec vue mer situé dans la Résidence du Casino, en front de mer, classé meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles. Situé au 2e étage avec ascenseur, ce logement de 35 m² offre un cadre agréable pour un séjour sur la Côte de Granit Rose.

Il comprend un séjour-salon lumineux avec petite terrasse face à la mer, une cuisine neuve (2025) avec espace repas, une chambre, ainsi qu’une salle de bains avec toilettes. Vous profiterez d’une télévision connectée, du wifi et d’une literie récente et confortable.

Côté équipements, le logement dispose de tout l'électroménager pour préparer les repas, d’oreillers et couette, literie récente (2023) en largeur 140x190 cm, lit bébé parapluie, connexion Wfi. Local à vélos sur demande.

Une belle semaine en Bretagne

L’appartement est très bien situé au bord de la mer avec belle vue sur la plage. Il est calme, les lits sont confortables. Il est proche des commerces, des restaurants, de l’arrêt de bus, du splendide sentier des douaniers. L’agence de location est sympathique. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Perros-Guirec.
