Elegant Large Studio Apartment on ground floor of the only beachfront building Building 1 at Royal West Indies Resort with king size bed, private bathroom with deep tub, well equipped kitchenette, washer, dryer and furnished large patio walk out to Grace Bay Beach. Kitchen includes sink, microwave, one burner electric element, toaster, blender, electric kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen tools. Desk, large closet, dresser, 40 inch HD TV with full cable service and reliable Wifi. Perfect for a couple. Rental can be combined with adjoining large one bedroom unit 111, "The Caicos Royal Suite" to make a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with private entry alcove.

Perfect oceanfront studio

We loved our stay at Murray's oceanfront space. It was as described....very comfortable and clean. Great location...steps away from the beach. We could walk to most restaurant and happy hour or lunch spots. We made contact with Murray a couple times during our stay and he was very prompt to respond. We will definitely stay at RWI again!

Great location in resort to beach

property is in a nice resort and in the building so close to the beach. My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. We used property restaurant and bar. Very kind and friendly employees. We did rent car and visit other beaches.

Great beach studio

This studio apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Loved walking to restaurants along Grace Bay for lunch or dinner and enjoyed the food at the restaurant on site as well.

About the host

Hosted by Murray Miskin

Murray is a Canadian lawyer who has been coming to Grace Bay as a preferred winter vacation destination since 2004. After buying the one bedroom suite 111 in 2017 he has been trying to buy the adjoining studio unit 112 to allow for combined use of the two ground floor beach front units. The purchase finally happened during the Covid-19 Pandemic while everything was closed. The unit will be reopened in July 2020 for personal use and then for rentals after some upgrades and improvements are completed.

Why they chose this property

The Royal West Indies Resort is a wonderful place on the widest part of Grace Bay Beach, which is regularly rated the best beach in the world. Building One is the only beachfront building at RWI Resort and is the most desired place to stay. This unit has a direct walk out to the beach and is close to everything. Studio 112 being the unit next to one bedroom unit 111, can be used together with 111 to create a large 2 bedroom apartment suitable for more people together than a studio or one bedroom.

In Building One the only beachfront building at Royal West Indies Resort with a walkout patio just steps to the best beachfront anywhere. It is the only building one studio that is available from the owner to be combined with the adjoining one bedroom for a larger unit for larger families and friends who wish to be together on vacation.
