Welcome to Simply Simon!

You will fall in love with this renovated 3 BR/3.5BA quaint cottage, literally one block to the beach! Simply Simon has tile flooring and designer fixtures and furniture throughout. The kitchen is spacious and has stainless appliances, new tile and quartz counters. The master bedroom has a king bed, smart tv, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. The third bathroom is located off the living room and next to the last bedroom.

The open 1150 sqft floor plan has comfy living room seating and a 55" TV.  Beautiful outdoor seating areas with a gas grill under a spectacular live oak tree. You'll never get out of the hanging chairs!

With access just a block away, you can easily walk to the powdery-sand beach. Enjoy being close to everything...just a quick 10 minute walk to the light house and village. Rinse off in the outdoor shower!

Dogs under 45 pounds are permitted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee for one dog and $225 for two dogs.

Quick Winter Reprieve

The property was great and the location was very convenient. We walked or biked everywhere. The kitchen was a little under stocked with utensils and glassware, but not enough to cause a problem for two people.

It was really nice. Very convenient to everything. It was well appointed. I also like the fact that it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The thing I loved about it the most is that it kept us very cool the air conditioner was great. We would Stay here again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this East Beach house that was a quick walk to the beach and convenient to the Village. The house was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to have the outdoor furniture and entry deck cleaned of leaves on a regular basis so guests could enjoy sitting outside and avoid tracking leaves inside.

Long weekend

The cottage is very cute and decorated perfect for a beach vibe. 2 bathrooms need to be updated and the den is way to small for 6 people. Bring mosquito spray because they will carry you away if outside on the patio. Still a great stay and 5 stars.

Charming and Comfortable

Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids (the living area might be tight for 6 adults). It is a surprisingly short walk to the beach access, and beach chairs and a beach wagon were available to use. The outside space is very nice even though it was too hot and buggy for us to use this trip. Because the outdoor space is not covered, it requires some sweeping pretty regularly. WiFi was a little testy but a reboot seemed to help. Great location!

Great location and beautiful home. Very clean and relaxing. Easy access to Beach from Third Street. Tons of amenities including beach supplies. Great communication with property manager. Only comment for improvement would be deep pocket fitted sheets for the very comfortable mattresses. Fitted sheets not big enough and kept coming off. Additional note: Also careful of all the golf carts. They’re everywhere and many are under age drivers.

Yes - another year Rental - Perhaps

I would rent it again if I needed the space as I prefer a house and outdoors rather than a condo/apartment. There were minor things needed fixing which I shared with you, the property manager. I saw additional cleanliness things that needed addressing - again, I'd put up with it for a week. But it needs a thorough review by the cleaning manager - shower, sink, etc. Cupboards need cleaning out. Need a "this is what's here for you to use" list - too much guessing. Surprise about the leaf blower and chairs and wagon.......

Charming southern beach cottage

Awesome Property & Location!

Loved staying at this quaint coastal cottage! Had lots of nice touches for out of town guests! House was a very short walk to the beach -- very doable with littles & lots of beach gear-- thanks to the beach wagon! Very comfortable accommodations and amazing patio area for evening relaxation! Loved having the grill and outdoor shower! We will hopefully return in the future!
